Chris has it right on; about the only "detail" painting on that floor pan piece is the gas tank and the upper A-frames (control arms) up front. Cool body style on these 'birds.

Hang in there, it's just plastic! You've got it going your way, that engine bay is looking nice, as is the interior. Lay some masking tape on your trim (a layer or two) to protect it from sanding the body right up against it. Just watch for wear on the tape.

Liking where this is heading, but the license plate surround looks bit heavy for the clean look of the rest. Just my 2 pennies... otherwise, I think you've done some terrific work here. Following!

That body really responded well to the chop! It now has a really great sense of "flow", that sense of moving even when sitting still. I'm noticing some swooping body lines and details on this I had overlooked before! Nicely done, and great color too!

It has a certain attitude in its stance that just smacks of "Hot Rod". Very cool. No chopped top, no anything over-done, like anyone might have built on a budget in the 60s or early 70s. I dig it!

Good review, really nicely cast model with crisp engraving. My initial response when I saw the box top was " a double-decker bus propelled by giant beer kegs", so yes, I want one.
