  1. Beautiful paint finish and like the color. your picture of the interior is a good idea since when assembled it would be hard to see what all you had done there. Like the wheels and stance.
  2. Great looking paint and trim. Like the engine and under hood detailing.
  3. Beautiful paint finish and like the color. Clean body trim. Like the mech grills.
  4. Great looking carpet.
  5. Love these kits. Shopping yesterday when I found this kit on the shelf locally, unfortunately I had already blown my budget before I found it. Next week maybe.
  6. Always amazing how paint will creep under almost any type of tape. Have sometimes given a light coat of Gloss Clear around the edges after masking and before using any other color coat. Usually, but not always, this sort of seals the edge along the tape and any bleed thru should be clear and hopefully undetectable. Before removing the tape just lightly run your #11 along the edge to "break" any bond between the clear and the tape.
  7. Glad to see you're getting back to this build.
  8. Like the added material to the oil pan idea. I have always just puttied it and sanded but I'm going to try your way next time as I think it looks smoother.
  9. Have had Americans on vehicles in the past and they are still my favorite design. An alternative that I used years ago on a C-10 truck that I had were from Coy Wheels.
  10. Same idea I guess but done right with some true artistry in design. Not what I would do to my personal car, but you have to appreciate this style of artwork.
  11. Clean looking body trim. Some additional hood clearance may be achieved by removing a little material from the underside of the Shaker where the Carb mounts as well.
  12. Maybe check the body fit to the fenders. I think the bottom edge of the body should meet the running boards. In the photo it looks as if there is a small gap between the body and the rear fenders about the same distance as the body and fender part.
  13. Beautiful paint finish and like the color. Great looking interior and wondering what type of material you used for the boot?
  14. Beautiful paint finish and color, clean body trim.
  15. They could be ordered either way or in combination, just extra money. Looks great either way.
  16. Also like the color. Painted T-Top roof panels rather than tinted glass? Exhaust looks like it has seen a few mid-west winters with salted roads.
  17. The generator brushes still look good from the outside. We used to just "dress" the armature with a little emery cloth when replacing the brushes, lucky I guess as never had a problem doing it that way.
  18. Great looking paint color and finish. Clean body trim.
  19. Surprised no one caught that issue in the test shots.
  20. The step-side body style is a favorite and the beautiful load paint finish looks great. Great engine choice. Perfect stance.
  21. Great looking paint color and finish. The Olds engine looks at home here. The clean body trim and stance make a nice-looking driver.
  22. Like the different color combination and the finish looks great. The engine just does fit. The stance along with the wheel & tire combo looks perfect.
  23. Beautiful paint and body trim. Clean looking interior and engine.
  24. Great looking paint finish and color. The chopped top is in good proportion to the body. Like how you made your wheels.
  25. Great looking paint color and finish. The interior colors go well with the body. Like the engine and chassis detailing.
