Beautiful clean looking build. I know that hood was giving you fits, so its' nice to see how you finished that. Nicely detailed engine.

What did you see on the road today?

This would be a '55 Ford Fairlane, and you are correct, it is a great looking example. -
Beautiful sunset. We used to be involved with a lot of off-road activities. We always had a trash bag in our Jeep. The old saying was "if you hauled it in you haul it out"

Another beautiful looking Charger. I like the color and stripe combination. Good thing you enjoy all the fabrication you do using this kit.

The color looks good and with the clean detailing, it's a shame they didn't offer a drive train as well.

Looks great. I like the color and the finish looks good. Any long decals like these can be really frustrating at times. Good engine detailing.

Your kit is arguably the best '57 Chevrolet kit and the color is one of the most popular for them at that time. I have built a couple and I always pickup another whenever I see them at a swap meet. The parts fit is very good, and it will not fight you on the build. Look forward to watching this build.

And here's a Mopar C-Body that never made it as a 1/25th scale assembly kit...

Great looking color and the paint finish is outstanding. I like seeing all the cleanly done trim. -
Beautiful looking paint finish and I think the color looks nice on this. I have followed your build and like how you do realistic looking engine and chassis detailing.

Beautiful looking fastback. I always liked this body style and year model the best. I enjoyed reading about your adventures building your Mustangs. I have found that building models of some of my previously owned cars and trucks bring back a lot of fond memories.

They all look great. The Jag is the one that lights my fire. The 120 was the first sports car that I ever noticed as a child.

Great looking color combination.

Great looking interior. The helmet, seat belts and buckle are really impressive looking.

70s cars as they really were!

Any sudden change in direction in a car with really loong shackles in the rear could easily induce oversteer as the rear end would shift to one side. Think of driving on an icy road and the rear end suddenly starts to come around and you're not expecting it. -
I always liked "handsome Harry Gant" as he was known. While I agree with you up to a point, you need to remember the reason no Tabaco advertising is allowed in sports. This was and is our Federal Government looking out for your health. NASCAR was sponsored for years by R.J. Reynolds Company. There came a time when laws regarding advertising of Tabaco Products and this is what happened to the NASCAR Sponsorship and advertising. My thinking is that NASCAR would love to honor R.J. Reynolds and other tobacco Products that were such major sponsors. But they just can't.

I have seen some of these in the past with a Briggs & Stratten or even a Mac engine and they were scary fast. A small block with all the innards firing on all eight seems almost imposable to imagine. -
Packard coach/tour bus

Looks like the top is open or has some sort of canvas cover. Many state parks used to use this type of vehicle for park tours. -
Help with my Camera Canon EOS Rebel T3

Do you have any type of cleaning "kit" for your camara? The Minolta that I bought many years ago had a kit with a soft brush and a hand squeeze bulb to blow off anything on the surfaces. Your blemishes in the picture don't look like you would want or need a lens wipe or tissue to be used. -

Sometimes when changing or removing the lens even for cleaning it is possible to get a spot of dust, or some contaminate on the lens as well. -

I already have a table for the swap meet, look for me at there. I will also have a couple of builds on display. -
The roof you're working on is starting to look a lot like the Carson style roofs from that era. They were padded and the rear window would be small like the way you have done this here.
