  1. This should be interesting to follow along. I think at one time Revell offered a '29 sedan that had an option of a filler panel for the side windows to make a sedan delivery. This looks like it already has a rear opening door so it may have been a delivery from the start.
  2. Nice shade of green metallic on the body, are you considering doing the factory style stripes or leave it as is?
  3. Beautiful looking old race cars. Looking at the picture of the Ford Torino you can't help but notice the exstream drop on the front end. Anyone who has even seen the road going version will see it right away.
  4. Beautiful looking group of Corvairs. The paint jobs are great and all cleanly detailed. Very realistic looking engine display.
  5. Great looking pictures. Looks like a wide variety of rides and even some true race cars.
  6. Ya that's the Camaro I liked. This owner sounds like he has been smart and was able to hang onto his cars thru the years.
  7. Great looking paint work and cleanly detailed. The blue stripe over the white body just looks right on the Shelbys. Your little El Camino looks interesting as well.
  8. That was a style for many years.
  9. The tailgaters I hate are the ones that get so close you can't even see the bottom edge of their windshield. You're on a divided six lane and you're in the center lane going 5 to 10 over already. The left lane is wide open and they go around you on the right. Of course there is a slower car in the right lane and another trying to get on the hiway. Makes me wish I had a $50 car and I wouldn't let up on the gas when he tries to cut back in front of me.
  10. Beautiful looking finish and the wheels and tires look good on this. I know the paint fought you, but you won.
  11. Great looking paint finish and color. I like the exhaust "turn downs" and the stance.
  12. Nicley detailed trim and engine compartment.
  13. They all look like winners. I'll take the Bronze/Gold series two Camaro, thank you.
  14. The '56 Del Ray is one of my personal favorites for the subject and the why it goes together.
  15. Try a Google Image search using the year and vehicle manufacture and ask for pictures.
  16. Good luck products I have used thru the years are Zap Canopy Glue, Gallery Glass - crystal clear glue from JoAnns Fabrics. The last couple of builds I have tried the new Revell Contacta Clear and I'm pleased with the results. I will still use just straight Future Floor Wax for head lights and taillights, also works great for sealing instrument gauges and decals on the interior.
  17. Great conversion for the stans. I like the color combination and trim.
  18. I like the early Suburban body style here.
  19. I also like the red color and the finish. The stance and the wheels and tires look good. Nice interior.
  20. Great looking level of detail. All that wiring would have my eyes crossed.
  21. Thank you for sharing your pictures of the show. A lot of great looking cars and trucks and I like the verity of build styles.
  22. Looks great all cleaned up with new shoes on.
  23. AMT and Round 2 have offered a '65 Chevelle 4 door wagon. Revell has a great '66 Chevelle wagon kit that has been reissued at least once that I know of. JoHan offered a '60 Plymouth Wagon, but you'll have to dig deep in your piggy bank for one. Round 2 reissued the old JoHan Rambler wagon a few years ago. Still see them at swap meets.
  24. You might consider contacting your states Insurance Commissioner's office. They often will look into complaints where the insurance companies are trying to take advantage of people in your position. Since the other driver was at fault there may be a Lawyer or two in your area that would represent your interests and take the case on a contingent of their winning a case against the insurance company and the other driver. Your Jag looks like it is still drivable, are there any certified appraisers in your area that can certify the actual cash value of the Jag?
  25. Beautiful looking paint color and finish. I like the modern custom build style. Great looking engine details along with the interior, I'm also a big fan of the short step side bed trucks.
