I like the body design on the pickup. Getting most model type paints to stick on a resin body can be a challenge. An automotive type of primer, think duplicator for example, seems to work fairly well.

I went thru the whole braces' thing thru my teens, and I think I had nothing but soup to eat as long as I can remember. I still don't like anyone putting their hands in my mouth. I have had dental implants where the old teeth would no longer support a crown. While expensive I like that better than the false teeth and bridges that have been recommended in the past. Good luck to you with your dental issues.

I would be excited if they would issue two door hardtops of any of the GM cars besides Chevrolets from this era.

Try getting some rawhide chew sticks from a pet supply. They come in several different sizes depending on the size of your dog. Should the dog chew off a part of the chew stick and swallow any of it their stomach is less likely to be injured.
