    '76 Pinto

Awesome little Pinto , they look great with big 'n' littles on them ! Out of box is perfect for a kit like this , great job !

  15. Beautiful Chevelle ! Nicely detailed and great paint !
  16. Very very nicely done Jim ! Love the small added details and the flames ! After years of mega detailing models I now prefer much simpler builds detailed with paint and built clean and crisp . . . you nailed it !
  17. I don't think you failed at all , it looks great ! My experience with tilt front ends is that none of them fit regardless of the kit .
  18. Thanks Eric ! Thanks much Ray ! Thanks Larry !
  19. Thanks Alan ! That was kind of the idea , one that was raced for a while and then upgraded for the next season .
  20. Built side by side at the same time on my bench , every time I sat down to do something I did it twice ! Interesting that while I did spend more time daily working on them I actually finished them in the same six weeks it would have taken to build just one . Both are AMT Bantam Blast kits with resin bodies from Freemont Racing . The only other non-kit parts are the scoops , 18" 12-spoke fronts (with Revell tires) , and 16" Torque Thrusts on the '32 , all from Speed City Resin . Also Vertex Magnetos from M.A.D. and I made my own headers for both . More finished pics . Thanks for lookin' !
  21. Awesome job , looks fast just sitting there !
  22. Great looking model !
  23. Very unusual subject and very well done ! Super clean build ! I bet it's as small as it looks .
  24. Great build of a very finicky kit , well done !
