  1. Nice Suburban! About £25 here in the UK!
  2. Nice one, I'm looking for one of those we saw on the street, after our visit to our son and wife near Calgary two years ago for the stampede!

After a holiday away, coming home and hearing mother-in-law (just 94) in hospital after a fall and diagnosing a bleed on the brain, in a coma, dying three days after we return, help sorting the funeral. I just saw a picture of a rusty van, I went into my cabin and using scrap plastic-card and a few other bits built this in a daze really. I think it would be 1/32nd but that's not important at present. Inspiration... My try, apologies if it looks rough,
  8. One of my favourite touring car racers at our local track, Silverstone in the UK. Also one of my favourite builds along with the early Mercedes Benz DTM car. I like the super decals on these cars, well done!

S'lookin good! I used to watch these race in the day, just started race marshalling, spurts of flame from the side exhaust, great!

    Tamiya Wolf WR-1

Superb, I remember these when they were on track in the day!
  11. S'looking good! We still have loads of these more classic RR's rolling round the streets here in the UK!

    29 Model A

Wow certainly is different, well done!
  13. Thanks Larry.
  14. Cheers Tim.
  15. Thanks guys.
  16. Thanks Atin. The paint is a bit darker in reality, but as a Tamiya kit it's the usual high spec, well made super fit kit!
  17. I bought this as an already started. The red paintwork was brilliant, but the original builder had glued the hubs, brakes and wheels together. Although the original car was two tone Red & White I didn't want to add the white and mess it up. As a decal printer I always leave a margin when printing, so when I needed a background for a red decal I measured and cut a piece from a white decal sheet.
  18. Superb build Bruce. I saw the 1:1 car on the stages here in the UK when I started my marshalling career in the day! We (my sons and I) met Roger Clark at Silverstone a few months later, he was my younger son's idol!
  19. Cheers Curtis.
  20. Thanks guys. Been away in Portugal for a couple of weeks in the sun! Look it up on Google Dann, it's a Japanese craze to lower and widen various makes of sports cars.
  21. Superb Bruce very well done. I sometimes do the same, have a difficult time with a build put it back on the shelf and then enjoy resurrecting and finish it!
  22. On returning from a break in Portugal, on our dining room table was this for my Fathers Day pressie........... From our two sons.
  23. Cheers Chris.
  24. Having adjustable axle movement the rear view above should have shown a negative camber on all four wheels, so here is the adjusted position.... Suitably tucked under the extended wheelarches.
