I kept getting a hospital bill for an under payment of .25 cents on a $4,000 dollar bill and I just threw em in the trash every month, for about 4 months, then I got a REGISTERED letter from a collection agency for .25 cents. So I called the agency and asked what they got out of it and the guy told me we get to keep half of it! On the reverse side, J.C. Whitney send me a refund ck for.09 cents! Crazy world

Harry, good to here ur back home, that has a lot do do with the mental aspeck of it. As Richard said, have a long talk with ur docs about disability as u getting it has a lot to do with what they put on paper! Mine took about 6 months due to an aortic aneurysim that was an automatic qualifier. My wife got her's last yr on back surgery in about 5 months. I've had an implanted diffb since 2010, don't even think about it anymore.( hasnt went off yet) Just keep up the exercises, the diet and a positive attitude! Miracles do happen, my heart in 2014 was at 17%, back up to 28% in july 2016. have faith, we're all praying for u!

Anther good looking rig! As for the maisto diecast, you can't beat em for the money. I got several of the mustangs at the dollar store with the sole purpose of using them on the revell car hauler -
Ford LN 9000 Dump Truck
signguy2108 replied to steel_tiger1's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
commercialtrucktrader.com under heavy dump trucks for sale, then L9000 ford, there is 4 or so pages, some good side shots, may even find a pic of the correct bed. Jim, thats probably an even better line drawing on the difference between the hood length. Hope all this helps, even though we kinda got away from the original engine issue -
Trying to figure out what to do with leftover parts. Just Trucks diecast cab, Ford race bed, pete frame, parts box wheels, scratchbuilt mirrors, rails, aluminum bumper, 41 chevy visor. The paint is rustoleum rattle can cherry red. One of about 10 trucks I need to finish! Barn find 61 ford conv. (yard sale)

Ford LN 9000 Dump Truck
signguy2108 replied to steel_tiger1's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
The silver truck looks to be an LT (50") one peice hood and fenders. The LN was the short hood(39"0 with the back half of the fender ext. molded in the cowl panel. In 1986 I put sq. h/l in my 77 LN by cutting & fiberglassing the buckets out of an 86 model F650 (the little white truck beside it) The Italeria fords are LTL's, completely diffent hood/grille & bumper. The plaskit hood is the right lenght, if not a little too long, but to build a correct 95, you'll have to build a new grille & sq. h/lamps. (Ford changed to squares in 1988 & change the egg crate grille in favor of a straight bar grille w/ ford emblem in the center. And my little Ford LN (in an earlier post of mine, big moe &) had a 6v92 silver detroit in it, Complete list of the hoods w/ specs can be found at (dawsontrk.com) -
I found out about this a little late also, but glad you are are getting better. I did the pneumonia/hospital stay for 2 wks last year, not a lot of fun! Prayers go out for you.
