I always thought Bullitt was the greatest car chase ever. I now saw that Ronin and Bullitt are tied but Bullitt wins the tiebreaker with the cars. The chase in Ronin is awesome.

Aaron Paul stars in it. I hope he's just doing it for the money. His work as Jessie Pinkman in Breaking Bad was good enough to garner Emmy awards. Maybe he wanted something brainless to do after the marathon that was Breaking Bad.

The owner worked for my Dad. We had to take him to the Chattanooga airport so he could fly out to see his girlfriend. On the way back, Dad just pulled over and offered to let me drive the last few miles home. Wouldn't you know it but I didn't see anyone I knew.

IROC started with a good variety of courses but when Nastycar drivers didn't win all the time, they changed the venues to more superspeedways. I lost interest in it at that point. Don't get me wrong, I like and watch the stock cars, if you want to call them that. They could bulldoze Daytona and Talladega IMO, though.

I've got to get one of those kits! I used to drive one. It was a 61 with the small in line 6. I think it was 144 cu. in. Put a rebuilt 170 in it and a C4 automatic out of a Mustang. Four lug aluminum wheels made it look nice. Originally used as an Atomic Energy Commission vehicle in Oak Ridge, TN where I bought it. Used it for several years during the 70s hauling dirt bikes around. Wish I still had it.

That's a lot less than I've got in mine. I saw those after I finished building mine and thought they would be a good option. I'd like to see someone build one from the HF booth.

Maybe Indycar should start manipulating races and qualifying in order to create faux results that raise the drama level. Then more people would know the drivers. IMO, they should either cut the banking down or get rid of the grandstands at Daytona and Talladega. Like Waltrip said years ago, anyone can drive a stock car those places wide open. They're such boring races. PS I could probably name at least half the field and maybe 3/4 in an Indycar race. Same for NASCAR, I watch most all forms of racing but open wheel is my favorite.

What is everyone's preference for decal scissors? Are the Tamiya (#74031) 4 1/2" decal scissors worth the price?

I started out with the same idea. It was an areabig enough for me to sit at a desk and paint in a small booth. I wasn't happy about my exposure to al the paint fumes and decided to enclose an area in my basement and build a proper fully enclosed paint booth.
