Joe Handley Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I went for Eldorod and Imposter first, Stallion and Hemisfear last.
Danno Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Let's hear it for the '35 Chevy Master! Something new and different!!!!
Snake45 Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Let's hear it for the '35 Chevy Master! Something new and different!!!! That was my thinking, too.
matthijsgrit Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 (edited) Let's hear it for the '35 Chevy Master! Something new and different!!!! Hear hear! I went for Grand Master and Impression. Because of new and different. I believe there's nothing on the market close to any of the two. But my 'fear' is Revell will go the easy(?) way: Ford Truck and the Impostor (done the wrong way, as in full size...). I hope I'll be proven to be to negative on this... unclescott58 Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 After looking at the selection I'm voting for none of them. Foose's stuff is not old school enough for me. Scott
rusty85 Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I put in for the f100 and imposter first, the rest just hold no interest for me.
om617 Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Voted for the Eldorod, would look gorgeous with another type of wheels.
Dragfreak Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 (edited) I didn't vote as I'd rather see something else produced rather than a couple cheesy "customs." It's cool that Chip is supporting revellogram, but they should produce some kits that would actually be desirable amongst most builders, because let's be honest, I can't see any of these kits being wildly popular. That's just my opinion, and you know what they say about those... Edited June 9, 2015 by Dragfreak
cartpix Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I voted for the F100 & 36 Ford. I too, hope they don't just pop out a stock 56 PU or a stock 65 Impala, if they go for those two.
jaymcminn Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 GrandMaster has been a favorite of mine for years. I'd love to see it kitted. As for number 2, it would be a tossup between the Eldorod and Impression.
martinfan5 Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I would of voted, but there was not a "none of the above" option
Danno Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I would of voted, but there was not a "none of the above" option You could cast votes for the Grand Master (#1) and Eldorod (#2), and then consider it your good deed for the day. That way you won't have to help some little old lady across the street later.
Belugawrx Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Eldorod, Impostor,,Grand Master it would be great to have these kitted,...doesn't mean you gotta build 'em like Foose!
Muncie Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Grandmaster it's hard to believe that there could be list where I would pick Hemispere number 6...
Greg Myers Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I don't like customs butchered that much but I voted any way.
ChrisBcritter Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 (edited) I went for the FD-100 in hope that it will get Revell to keep their word and tool a new '56 Ford pickup (is the FD-100's body stock?). And went for the Eldorod as a potential parts bin and base for more interesting custom material (as in On the Workbench postings that read "I started with a Foose Eldorod and threw away about half of it..." ) Edited June 9, 2015 by ChrisBcritter
martinfan5 Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 You could cast votes for the Grand Master (#1) and Eldorod (#2), and then consider it your good deed for the day. That way you won't have to help some little old lady across the street later. You make a valid point , I am going to reconsider now
Ace-Garageguy Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 (is the FD-100's body stock?). Not by a long shot. For starters, the entire body is sectioned, and the front wheel arches are moved forward.
mikemodeler Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 If they tool up a whole new 56 F100 with a body like the 1:1, then I am in for a couple. If they drag out the old tired tool and try to pass it off as the real thing, I wouldn't give it a second look.
Rob Hall Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 (edited) Let's hear it for the '35 Chevy Master! Something new and different!!!! I'd go for that one and the Cadillac..the rest are too similar to subjects already kitted or not interesting to me.. Edited June 10, 2015 by Rob Hall
