Ramfins59 Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Click on the Link to take the test...... I got 96%...... The Henry J & Willys Aero threw me... There's a second "Tailfin Test"... I scored 96% on that too.http://www.americantorque.com/game/car-show-50s/
MrObsessive Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 I got 96%......the hood ornaments got me!
StevenGuthmiller Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 I got a 96% on the first one. The '52, '54 Mercurys got me. Got a 98% on the tail fin one. I'm not exactly sure which one I got wrong, but I think it was a "clicking" error. I knew them all so I must have flubbed some other way. Steve
Roger U Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 (edited) 96%, Mixed up the Willys Aero and Henry J also. Edited November 2, 2015 by Roger U
Rob Hall Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 100%. Hood ornaments were tricky and I had to guess on the '52 vs '54 Mercury.
W-409 Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 I got 100%, too. Only ones I had to guess were a couple of Mopars and I wasn't sure on those two Mopar hood ornaments either. This time my guesses on those two were correct though and other questions were fairly easy.Looks like I got 100% on that tail fin test too. It was actually quite easy, even if I had to do some serious thinking on a couple of Mopars. I got them figured out though and actually I didn't have to guess any of those.
Mr Stock Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 88% I need to do my homework, mind you Ive probably never seen 95% of these cars in this country
bamadon Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 100%, they were all around when I was growing up.
Richard Bartrop Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 96%. Being multiple choice, some I wasn't sure of I figured out by elimination, but it was the '52 and '54 Mercuries that got me.
espo Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Got 100 %. I did the "Fin" one also and another 100 %. I might be old but I remember these cars well, seeing some of them brought back some great memories.
Earl Marischal Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 77% but like Mr Stock I'm UK-based. How would the rest of you do on 1950s British cars? steve
