The Creative Explorer Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 Wow, what a recovery! good to hear that.
Cato Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 I'm late to this party but GREAT news to wake up to! But geeze - you'll try anything to get out of building that Shooting Brake.. Concentrate on that and forget the 'almost gone' memories. Take strength from the immense recovery you just made and know that you have the tools to really beat this. Get and remain more 'positiver' - it IS the best medicine as you can see now. And as you can see, there's a gang of us riding on your gown's tails. Bad news - Your Bears are playing my Giants today. Look away if it too ugly... C
signguy2108 Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 I found out about this a little late also, but glad you are are getting better. I did the pneumonia/hospital stay for 2 wks last year, not a lot of fun! Prayers go out for you.
Harry P. Posted November 20, 2016 Posted November 20, 2016 I know it sounds too good to be true, but they are actually talking about releasing me in a few days! I can't believe it.I have had some sort of heart "episode"...not exactly a heart attack, but some sort of incident. But docs say the heart seems good (if slightly weak)... and I will need a regimen of PT of some sort... but on an outpatient basis and not in the hospital. More news as I get it.

DaveM Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 I just saw this. Harry, you are in our prayers. The heart can go a little wonky when fluids and infection get in the way. Hopefully, you will make a strong recovery from this and be able to get back on track with your therapy as soon as possible.
