I will say the recently reissued '23 T has a nicer looking chassis, even if it is a little more fiddly, and the Frontenac head from the '27 T Touring fits the engine on this one. I kinda like the Coke Van....might end up buying a copy, if they sell it here in my neck of the woods.

Bucky Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 The Ford Coke Van makes more sense than some of the other Coke offerings. One of those may end up in my hobby room, too. I like the semi trailer, but don't have room to display one of those!

They appear to have shrunk their model car kit selection. Hopefully at least a few of the kits featured this time will hit their shelves.

I see an additional colored transparent "glass" piece on the new kit, but everything else, save for the decal sheet and box (and maybe the slicks?) appears to be identical to the '09 issue.

I want to make the coupe into a truck-type cab, and then put a shortened bed on it. Don't think I've ever seen it done, but I'm pretty sure I can make it work.
