Any pics of the prototype built yet?

I haven't seen any.  Round 2 has been pretty good lately about posting these types of images - ergo the Chevy II wagon and Jenkins kit images seen recently - so I wouldn't be surprised to see them do the same when the time comes with this one....TIM

Sneak Peek! Coming early next year. Sorry for the delay guys, we wanted to try and make this release as nice as possible while still using what remained of the original annual mold's parts.

Hope they leave the Funny Car parts in it

If you look at the hanger shot, you'll see that 80% of the funny car parts are missing, namely the entire funny car chassis/engine/interior.

Those parts were also used under the '65 Chevelle and Unreal Edsel funnies, and are MIA

I haven't seen a lot from Round 2 that has really interested me in recent years, but this one will be a definite must have when it is released.

It is also a very good sign of possible things to come!

A huge thumbs up to Round 2 for taking the risk to re-issue some of these terrific old long lost annuals!!
