Misha Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 Very nicely done Roman. The paint scheme works well in giving the Corvair a more contemporary look. Also good to see the spare tire placement next to the engine, a detail often overlooked on these models. Congrats on your build, cheers Misha
robertw Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 You've turned the compact car almost mundane and forgotten Corvair into something that looks like a hairy-assed sports car....well done. Nice work on that beautiful two tone paint job as well.
grodudulle77 Posted December 5, 2020 Posted December 5, 2020 I really like the look, nice paint work !! ??
Beamerman Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 Grat work. I allways wanted to build that kit but never did it. i like that style with the black rims and painted headlights...very cool...
espo Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 The paint finish is excellent and I also like the color combination. I followed your build on this and you did a great job of detailing the interior and engine/chassis all the way through.

Congrats on your build, cheers Misha Very nice build! I like the two-tone color scheme. I had a real 1965 Corvair convertible back in 1970 (my first car). I put the spare in the front trunk for weight to help the car actually be steerable in snow! Sam Edited December 8, 2020 by Sixties Sam
bisc63 Posted December 8, 2020 Posted December 8, 2020 Nice! Love the color choices here, and the paint looks expertly applied.
