DRIPTROIT 71 Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 Maybe that is meant to be an exact replica of the Johnny Cash Cadillac engine. ” The transmission was a 53 and the engine turned out to be a 73, and when we tried to put in the bolts all the holes were gone.”?
Rob Hall Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 weirdly abstract..like a V8 engine and transmission designed by someone that had never seen a V8 engine or transmission...
Scott8950 Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 Looks like a frankenengine . The valvecovers look like ls covers and the exhaust manifolds are on the side of the block. We won't even talk about the starter being on the front of the motor ?
BlackSheep214 Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 Stock air cleaner on a gasser engine? Starter in front? The whole thing is a hot mess.... 1
Russell C Posted August 10, 2021 Posted August 10, 2021 Imagine what the rest of the car (or racing forklift) looks like.
Perspect Scale Modelworks Posted August 10, 2021 Posted August 10, 2021 It looks like it was molded from an old weird toy.
Brian Austin Posted August 11, 2021 Posted August 11, 2021 It would appear someone is learning to use the 3D printing process. Perhaps in time their modeling will be more realistic.
Sledsel Posted August 11, 2021 Posted August 11, 2021 And it can be had in 1/8 scale!!!! Then you can really see the mess
Dragonhawk1066 Posted August 11, 2021 Posted August 11, 2021 Check out his store. He's currently offering a Nissan body and Bronco body that are in halves. Try filling the seams on the Nissan, lol!!
Beans Posted August 12, 2021 Posted August 12, 2021 Strangely enough, his store used to have a whole bunch of other things in it. Different engines and such. Now only the two items.
1972coronet Posted August 13, 2021 Posted August 13, 2021 The Ghost of Old Man Palmer is alive and well and is now offering 3-D printing blueprints .
