Painted Black Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 (edited) Really like the simple colors scheme, klassy, but, bad to the bone... Edited September 7, 2021 by Painted Black
David G. Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 Love the color scheme. Your build-work looks great too. David G.
m3fan Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 Hey Tom. Real nice start! I assume this is the car your trying to replicate? You beat me to it!
Draggon Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 That's looking great Tom, it's got a heck of a mean stance!

slusher Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 Great stance and I like the color. Going to be a beautiful model..
alan barton Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 That chassis and fender unit looks superb. I started a similar Vicky project , but in plastic, by grafting the top of the AMT body to the cowl of a Speedwagon, probably what the resin guys did. Its stalled for now but I am enjoying watching your progress so far. Cheers Alan
TooOld Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Always been a fan of the Vickie and yours is gonna look great ! Really like those wheels and tires !
carrucha Posted September 11, 2021 Posted September 11, 2021 Looks good so far. I look forward to the finished build. I had plans on this same build with the AMT 1932 Ford Vicky.
Claude Thibodeau Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Hi Tom! Wow, you nailed the stance perfectly. And that color... CT
Tom Kren Posted September 15, 2021 Author Posted September 15, 2021 Got the new resin interior parts in mail and now tasting the interior
Bernard Kron Posted September 15, 2021 Posted September 15, 2021 (edited) Beautifully executed in that impactful yet restrained style that I enjoy so much from you. I'm planning an order from Rep Min which will include this body if it's still available. What is the source of the interior parts? Is the interior "bucket" from the Revell Fordor? Just re-read the box label. Did you have to have the interior parts shipped separately? Edited September 15, 2021 by Bernard Kron
Tom Kren Posted September 18, 2021 Author Posted September 18, 2021 Saturday morning workbench time Finish the interior nothing fancy Almost time To start putting together
David G. Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Nailed it on the color! The interior looks great. David G.
