Immortal Chips Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Hi all, another recently completed. Started with an old AMT ERTL Blueprinter curbside kit. Cut open the hood, fabricated a new firewall and core support. Lowered the stance on 19/23 Pegasus Holli’s with dark iron centres. Running a Shelby GT-H 4.6 SOHC V8. Filled and primed all the body imperfections and finished in Tamiya Titanium Gold with Tamiya Gold roof. Thanks for looking. 7
JollySipper Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 That's a striking model! It has a very nice presence about it.....
Plowboy Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 That is one cool looking Galaxie Nick! The stance and wheels are dead on! Nice work!
grodudulle77 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Very clean paint work, awesome look !! ??
Ace-Garageguy Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Always liked the lines of these. Well done...and that subtle two-tone paint looks really good.
Koellefornia Kid Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Two very nice shades of gold, a cool engine swap and a great stance with nice wheels! Very well done!
espo Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Beautiful looking paint job and chrome trim. Painting the bumpers almost makes them disappear and makes the side trim standout.
larman Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Another well thought out stunner! Excellent work!
Maindrian Pace Posted January 16, 2022 Posted January 16, 2022 Super clean build, and looks close to a car built on the show Iron Resurrection. Very nice indeed.
Dave72 Posted January 16, 2022 Posted January 16, 2022 Very nice! Paint trim look fantastic! Really like the subtle two tone.
ewetwo Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Very sharp looking. Of course the 64 Ford Galaxie is one of my favorites.
mchook Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 WOW! I can't stop coming back and looking at this, GREAT JOB!
