Things always change. Case in point, nail polish sitting next to my GT500 Pinto. Daughter saw this color and said I HAD to go with it. Silver stripes is the plan.  I also narrowed the front and rear bumpers, and got the front spoiler mounted. Working on a rear spoiler, the kit one doesn't work quite right.

Those wires and wide whites look sweeet on that car. I picked up one of those bodies years ago in Louisville; love those fins! Are those wheels from the AMT Riviera kit?

I think she's on to something there! That color should make the pinto a standout, silver stripes doesn't sound bad either. Do a spoon test, show us (and yourself) how it'll look!

Working on the stance for this '50 Olds custom.  Going for  a down in the weeds cruiser look.

Looking GOOD! I love a red car, but I'm STILL surprised at just how good that Olds body looks in red, and it looks like you have the stance dialed in. Can't wait to see that one done!

Kit, where did you find a body like this, or did you build it? Big fan of the 48 to 55 first series trucks, not seen this before.

You sure those wheels aren't from the AMT '66 Mercury and/or '53 Vette, Gerald ?

I like to use those same wheels on my Thunderbird builds.

Here’s another recent start up. I have way to many corvette kits and a several of the futura glass tops left. So might as well put them to use. Lol

Got my Jimmy Glue bomb successfully disassembled.  Thought I'd through it in the mock up thread.

I’ll dig up the thread for this one later, but just found this little Birdie I started just over 2 years ago and did a slight revision on the wheel mounting and stance of it.
