I think these were the nicest Chryslers build. I owned a 1967 Newport.

Speaking of Volkswagens (kinda…) - five dollar eBay find.  It was apparently missing the decals and instructions, but they didn’t look very hard because they were in the box ?

Nothing exciting just a couple cans of paint . I was/am looking for a suitable replacement for the Testors Metallic Silver which I was using for years . A couple members here suggested these colors so I bought them . Will try early some morning when it is cooler . Been about 115 here mid day and no idea how hot it is in the garage .

So, after an 8hr drive yesterday,  this is what I got today. Where to put it and what all is there will be another problem when I get back home.

...oh, and there is another large tote behind the back seat.

Bought this out of a Walmart clearance isle last week to see how well it works to cure that Bondic UV curing resin.

Worked well enough, but I think it’s going to eat batteries, may need to look into rechargeable AAAs for it.

Just returned home to find that unbeknownst to me, my wife had put the spare leaf in the table and moved the chairs so that I could have a "staging area" as she put it. She did impress apon me that this would be a temporary arrangement.

I have the best wife !

Unloaded but not sorted through at all.

Everything on top of the table, the large blue tote, and the moving box behind it are all 1/8 except for the box of 1/12 Corvettes. (Yes, you were right Tom). Lots of parts, started "ideas", and a few kits. Quite a bit of resin and other aftermarket pieces.

The three shopping bags and smaller blue tote are all 1/25.

Just to give you an idea of the mountain of 1/8 that I will be sorting out, here are some pics of what are in the boxes and tubs. The two boxes of Corvette are 1/12.

If I dissappear for a year, you know why...

The most interesting things I see are the '64-'65 Falcon un-AWB body, and the '63 T-Bird hardtop. Do you have the suspension etc parts to get at least some of those Ford rods together?

Acquired these over the last couple of weeks. The Flashpoint Daytona was from eBay and took every penny of my single, last second snipe attempt. Two of us bid the same dollar amount but I had a few pennies added to my bid and that was the difference. The Gibson engines from a buddy that can't build anymore. The Johan kits are from eBay and the NuNu kits are from Supernova Models. The Salvino kits are from a couple of vendors if I remember correctly.

The two tubs and plastic bag are full of misc pieces. Eventually another bag of small stuff will be heading my way. We just ran out of time. You should have seen the totes of paint we didn't even get to. It might travel to me the next time. They want to see the coast. ?

Fresh from the  factory. I ordered this on Friday! Sherline had the best price on it, and, obviously, customer service is as good as it gets. This adds a ton of versatility to my mill.

After a full day's work of sorting and bagging, I have managed to go through six of the 1/8 model boxes, the clear tote with white lid, and u-haul moving box. The model box full of chrome trees, and the model box that has a complete 32 ford in it, minus the body, are being left as is.

All that is left is the large blue tote...?

With the 1:12 Porsche tires, you may want to do a search for Tamiya R/C parts. They used to carry the Goodyear slick tires which were a direct replacement for the 934's treaded tires. I sold my set a few years back, so don't have a part number.
