The Volvo came from a friend that lives in another state, he found it at a LHS

And the wife brought home the kitten, for some reason we needed a second cat.

NICE ole Plymouth! And that old Testors paint I bet with a little mineral Spirits will come right back to life from the day it was made so many years ago! (I TOO have Testors paint that old withthe same 30 and 40 cent marks on the caps! AND I still use it!

Mail man dropped my 1966 dodge power wagon w-300 4-door resin buy.

Not a bad piece, hood needs some work to fit better for my tastes .  Now, I just  need to work out  a plan  to do something with it besides sit in a box on the shelf above the workbench.

Jonathan, kute kitty!

Picked up the repop of the MPC Gangbusters 28 Lincoln at the local hobby shop for $6 with the engine semi-glued together. Plus a couple of sanding sticks and a package of Evergreen strips. That may be the 1st car kit I've bought this year. I got the Ferguson tractor earlier in the year and at the last couple of swap meets only picked up a few tools and books and 3 1/72 30's civil aviation planes. Oh just remembered. I did get the ICM Ford Model T fire truck earlier. Not much coming out that really interests me.

Both from Free Time Hobbies, the Pathfinder was on sale for $13.95 and the McLaren was $14.95.

I also hit up Micheal's and picked up a couple kits.

I got a decal from Firebird Designs and was gutted to find the envelope in my mail box but soaking wet from a torrential down pour.

Fortunately Firebird had placed the decal  inside a plastic envelop inside and was perfect. Well done Firebird.

...the Pathfinder was on sale for $13.95...

I picked up one of those too, as I mentioned in the Free Time thread.  If you want to do something different with it, Terranos are very popular in the Middle East. I saw many in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, along with Mitsubishi Pajeros (also a very nice Aoshima kit).

Now if we wanted a real challenge, here's a Terrano in the 90/91 Dakar Rally...

Got a set of Revell Bronco steelies (thanks Vince!), and sure enough they're sized perfectly to fit the old AMT compact tires once you cut away the flanges and ribs, and trim down the front hubs. Being 5-bolt, they're a good match for '62-'65 Fairlanes, '63-'65 V8-only Falcons and Comets and '65-'69 Corvairs. I imagine they'll work for hot rods/drag cars as small front wheels too.

Just as well, because they sure don't work for the Bronco! tango_face_grin.thumb.png.b8affd7a50e4bc

Got the delivery of my last moving Pod from Arizona today...mostly furniture, boxes of clothes and household stuff, but this one also had boxes containing about 50 unbuilt resin kits..they appear to have arrived in fine shape.

My sister went to a yard sale & bought them for me. Must be over 50 kits. She knows I build models but I build cars, not planes. Nice thought though. She laughed & said they're yours now, build them, sell them I don't care. So they'll be on ebay soon!

Your your sister found some interesting stuff above ☝️Mark. I'm sure you'll have few problems getting rid of them if you want to. Even here. If fact... I see two Lockheed Constellations in their. If complete, what would you like for one of them?

I agree, nice haul. I see a Lancaster in there, my uncle was co-pilot on one of those in WWII for the RCAF and I'd love to build one of those.
PM sent to you Jay.

Oh, Mark, you got some goodies there - I had that Matchbox Stranraer flying boat for decades and finally sold it cheap when I was downsizing and needed cash. Still kicking myself... I was going to build it as a Canadian civil version with engines and props from the Airfix Lockheed Hudson.
