SSNJim Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 (edited) I found this (what I think is a 2013} Camaro Hot Wheels Special Edition in a DC Metro parking lot today. I think the marks below the right tail light are an artifact of the Magic Eraser I used on the pictures. Edited September 5, 2024 by SSNJim 1
JollySipper Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 Had a fox chassis T-Bird drive past the complex........... Oxidized blue paint and phone dial wheels. Nothing extra rare or special, but something you don't normally see! Plus, they're one of my favorite cars after owning one in my teens.......... 1
sfhess Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 A few days ago in the San Fernando Valley: A McLaren of some sort caught in traffic on 405 and a couple of Cadillac Lyriqs. 1
A modeler named mike Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 (edited) Spotted two identical vehicles traveling together only different colors, one blue and the other a redish orange. I've seen this type of car before but wasn't sure and had to look it up. It appears they may be a CATERHAM kit car? Just a guess from what I viewed on the web. Didn't get a photo, but this photo from the web will do. Edited September 5, 2024 by A modeler named mike

The Lotus badge is oval in British Racing Green with gold lettering. 1

No way of telling unless we cross paths again. Thanks for the info, I'm never to old to learn something new. ?

He had a racing one too but it was sadly written off in a crash. steve Edited September 6, 2024 by Earl Marischal 3

rattle can man Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 KS traffic jam. An old John Deere followed by two minivans/ SUV. . 1
A modeler named mike Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 This weekend is the small engine & steam show at the Farm Museum next to our neighborhood. I stopped to chat with a few of the John Deere guys trying to spark some interest in buying the 1950 John Deere M-series tractor my brother and I inherented from our Dad. While there I snapped a few photos. Nice family owned international rig, a 1929 Diamond T dump bed and a really clean 1959 Mack B61 semi. I may go back tomorrow if I don't travel to the The Super Sunday Showdown model show and contest held at 240 North Walnut Street, Boyertown, Pa. 19512 1
gasman Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 Not sure what this is but I saw it at a gas station today. Looked cool, 3
TarheelRick Posted September 7, 2024 Posted September 7, 2024 Getting ready to pull out of my drive this afternoon and a 49-50 Chevy pickup cruised by. Real shiny chrome, even shinier black paint, minimal rubber rake with 17 or better wheels. Never seen it before, must do some investigating.

The Junkman Posted September 8, 2024 Posted September 8, 2024 1961 or 62 Corvair pickup (I've no idea of the differences), blue with white accent paint. Looks to be in pretty good shape. Seen it in town but never seem to be able to get a picture. 1

Rob Hall Posted September 8, 2024 Posted September 8, 2024 Saw a bunch of nice Mustangs of all vintages coming into Myrtle Beach today. Apparently it was Mustang Week here. Alas, my GT is home in Cleveland. Drove my Caddy down for a week on the beach.
89AKurt Posted September 8, 2024 Posted September 8, 2024 Does this count? ? I want to haul this out of the forest and set in my front yard. 1
