Thanks for sharing the pics of the Mk1with us too. Could that be the resin kit from Passion For Racers in Belgium?

Lovely job Martin. That 'Incredible Hulk' green looks great and the stance is perfect. I would love to see someone do this 1:1 scale. It would probably never happen, but that's makes this hobby great. Now, how are you going to top this one?

Nice job Patrick. Show us some pics of the Mk1 as well please.

Tamiya 1/24 Mazda Savanna RX-7 - 1st Generation Rotary Rocket

Absolutely so true! Recently, I've been thinking this myself. I look forward to seeing your progress on the RX-7 Alex. -
Thanks for sharing this amazing build with us Bruce. These MFH kits are beyond fantastic. You've done such a beautiful job on this - its really inspiring. A couple of years ago I invested in a MFH Ferrari GTO. Prices were a lot more reasonable then, but still crazy expensive compared to a typical 1/24 or 1/25 kit. The way I see it, is one of these MFH kits is a years model building budget blown in one go. (I never told the wife - and she never told me how much her shoes cost!). Once in every model builders lifetime they need to do one of these. Thanks for inspiring me to crack on with my GTO. I look forward to seeing some more pics of your P3 in the underglass section.

I love this Tamiya kit, and it looks like you've done a fine job of it, Chris. Your client should be very happy.

Great start, Mike. I love the colour - I think it works well on the Charger. What is that in you picture above the decals? Are they resin door handles?

Lovely build, and looks great in that colour.

I liked the blue D&W livery best, till i saw the red Jagermiester.

Nice work Martin. Good to see you're still thinking outside the box.! I love this type of 'off the wall' build. I always fancied building a 50's or 60's bodied car with an exotic mid-engine. I may still do one, one day. Are you hoping to have the engine visible through the rear screen? Will the boot lid still open? it might be a cool way of showing off a custom exhaust!

Wow Ben. That box art is a blast from the past for me. This was one of the very first model cars I ever built as a kid. I remember seeing the picture cars inside and thinking the kit arch extensions were too small. Love the 1:1 car, but as you say the kit does not do it justice. To answer your question - I did build one, but it was not good looking. I left the body 'plastic orange' as my painting skills were not great at the time. It knocked around on my shelf for many years, and now I can still find bits of it in my parts bin. One day, I'll find a good home for that Pinto engine.

Koenig Competition Ferrari Testarossa (1/24 scale by Fujimi)
beeRS replied to Tommy124's topic in Model Cars
Great build of an iconic car. Looks ace! I remember reading about Walter Koenig and his insane Testarossa as a teenager. My mind was blown. I've still got the magazine articles - they date back to 1986. Interestingly, the car in the magazine has quite a few detail differences to the Fujimi kit. I guess there must have been a few variations. I've got a couple of these Fujimi kits in my stash (the Spyder and the Coupe). I'm inspired to crack on with them now.- 43 replies

Very nice build. Are you going to use the kit parts for the engine cover mesh? -
Still a rare sight here in the UK.

Nice diorama. I used to have a 1:1 of these. (The XR3, not the coop!)
