Nice to see an early narrow body Cobra for a change. Lovely job.

That paint job is stunning. This is going to make a really nice model. Is the Zero 2k a clear coat?

Lovely paint job.

I love this particular Tamiya kit, and you're doing a fine job with it.

A good start. This is a lovely kit, and you have a good plan there. I have this Italery kit on my shelf too (but different box art), and its been calling to me too. I love the idea of opening the doors, but it is a lot of work. I'll be watching with interest.

Lovely work on those seats. They look so much better. I despair when I see seats in kits that look like the one in your 'before' picture.

Very nice job. I especially love the green. Did the Yenco cars have slapper bars fitted as standard? I have the SS Nova in my stash and there are no Slapper bars in that kit, so maybe I'll have to buy the Yenco now.

I didn't know this was discontinued. To be fair, you're not missing much. The window trims in the PE set are not a great fit and I probably won't be using them and the grills could have probably been cut from a universal PE mesh. Thanks!

Fantastic fabrication here. Well done on finishing this very unusual Ferrari.

Lovely clean build. The Catalina wheels look perfect.

That is a wonderful job. Looking at the finished model its hard to believe it came from such a basic kit. Well done.

Very nice job. Are those wheels from the same Revell kit?

Thats a great collection of Vettes. I got to say the L88 scoop is my favourite.

Tha blue looks great. The lacquer really brings it out.

So many unique ideas in one project. I'm loving this build.

The first time I ever built a Pantera, I was about 12 years old. I found a kit made by Imia in my local news agents. It must be pretty rare now, as I have never seen one for sale since - I can't even find a picture of the box art on google. I built that one in dark blue with gold pinstripes. It was a pretty bad effort on a very basic kit. This time round, I'm using the Fujimi's kit... This is the Studio 27 PE set... This is the kind of look I like. Stock body with larger wheels... But, I'll probably have to make do with the standard kit supplied wheels. I've stripped of the kit chrome with oven cleaner.

Engine is looking good. Is this box stock?

Re-engineering Monograms Lotus Esprit...new update!

I've been watching this (and your other projects). Great to see you back on them. I have no idea how you multi-task so well. -
I love those wheels.

I have never heard of this car, nor the Monogram kit. It looks stunning, and good photography too.

That black paint is so deep. Well done on an excellent job. I could never get the hood to align correctly on this AMT kit, but it looks like a good fit on yours.

I think the interior looks perfect! Where are those pictures taken in your post from 12th September? The one that looks like a car factory and the street scene with a cathedral.
-
What a beautiful build. Interior, body finish, stance, all perfect. I wish I could get my hands on one of these rare JoHan kits.

I didn't know about an HRM conversion. The idea of adding an engine did cross my mind. But, so many of my projects become too indepth, I lose motivstion, and the project stalls. This is the first bit of modelling I've done for nearly 5 years, so I'm going to ease myself back into it gently. I'm determined to get this one finished.

That satin black is so sinister looking. A great inspiration for a model.
