  1. Whoa! I just went over to eBay to see what Fujimi's 1/24 scale 356s sell for. Too rich for my blood. I'm sure Revell could sell one at a much lower cost.

    VW Race

    Very cool! I like it.
  3. Enough with the vans guys. I want to see weird kits, like the title of this thread says. Like Ken posted above, showing us the Pyro Surfs Up bicycle and trailer. The vans maybe weird. But, they are not scale kits. (As far as I know). By the way, I must be getting old. Because the girl from the kit that Ken showed doesn't look too bad to me. Is there any chance of seeing more of this kit? I've heard rumors that some of Pyro's larger scale kits weren't too bad.
  4. Fujimi makes a 356 in 1/24 scale? I believe you James. But, I've never seen one as far as can remember. Now, I'm not a big fan of the 356. So I've never gone looking for one. But, if I saw it on the shelf of hobby store someplace, I might be willing to buy one. This is were Revell has a big advantage over Fujimi. I'm more likely to see a Revell kit (or RoG kit) in this country, than one put out by Fujimi. Either way, Revell or Fujimi, I am less likely to buy something in 1/16 scale than if were in 1/24 or 1/25.
  5. Wow! A lot of decals. What was the deal on this. Did he repop these decal in the past? Or what?
  6. I'd love to see the old Monogram one come back.
  7. Another beauty Jim.
  8. I've never been a big fan of the Hebmuller cabriolets. But, I do like your take on it. Very nice.
  9. A very nice model. I did something similar with one of the cars from The latest Mod Rod reissue.
  10. Very, very nice. It reminds me that I've got to pull mine out and build it one of these days.
  11. I love the above ad. That's very cool.
  12. Happy New Year from the Untied States state of Minnesota.
  13. Very cool! I've got a thing about skeletons. But, at the same time this is the only one of the MPC Pirates of the Caribbean kits I'm interested in. Yours turned out very nice. It's got me thinking that I may need to pick one up.
  14. Impressive collection of Ts. They all look pretty nice.
  15. Beautiful.
  16. Took the words right out of my mouth. Other than the wheels (IMO), it's a beautiful build.
  17. Stunning! Simply beautiful.
  18. So is their 1/35 Packard.
  19. I'd buy both if they were reissued.
  20. I've been hunting for one of these for a long time. I finally found and purchased one on eBay tonight. The sellers claim and photos indicate the kit is in good shape and complete. And the price was right. I'm looking forward to getting this one.
  21. Too bad. I'll be passing on their kits in the future because of the lack of plated parts, and price. I don't see their kits as a good value for what they don't have.
  22. There is a thread in the "Off-Topic Lounge" for the above models. I like planes and trains. But, not here.
