Welcome Lee... I'll agree with Doug above that being involved here and staying at it will only improve your skills and increase your enjoyment. Build, build, build! Btw, looks like you're off to a good start too.
I've used different brands of craft acrylics and for me I prefer Folk Art. Not sure why but the price difference isn't very much and it's always mixed and laid down good. And I've always used plain 'ol washer fluid about 50/50 but usually just play it by ear until the consistency is like thin milk.
I have a tubbed rear from <I think> a PS Firebird that you're welcome to if you'd like to try and make it work. I've added a few pics of the tub and the Lindberg 61.
I see there looks like a show at the Brookfield Sheraton on 11/7. Anyone have any info on this show? I'm thinking it may be the same as the bi-annual show that was previously held at Serb Hall in Milwaukee.
