  1. Builds up with out issue. I never owned it so I'm happy to see it out again.
  2. This should answer a lot of the questions and speculations.
  3. Yours is Pheedens Garage, like your picture right? Never a problem. And even if two or ten guys build the same exact kit it's always going to be a bit different with a different idea or technique that people can learn from. That's the great thing about model making. People have different tastes, they like the way one guy talks or builds, etc. so they like one channel and not the next. I think that's completely fine and welcome it. I've even pointed people to other channels when they want me to work on a kit I'm not into myself but know someone else loves that type and may build it or has built it.
  4. Thanks Casey. I do it all for fun and will never ask people to buy stuff or send me money, etc. I did have fun with the ZZ Top build and added 2 second music video clips as transitions but that's because I was so thrilled to finally get to build that kit since I wanted it as a kid. And you're probably right, ya dere hey! Have a great weekend!
  5. I always appreciate the nice words man. I've been posting less and less here. Another user that has many more posts than I do here, more of a regular, is also doing model reviews. They are nice reviews and the guy has great skills. I never take issue with anyone else's work and never would criticize or get jealous of anyone else for doing the same things. I thought we were all here for fun and to make models and smile. I guess some just want to piss and moan and argue and create drama over toys instead. I seem to have attracted a lot of anger by posting mine here as well and the trolls from that channel/user's friends are coming out of the woodwork on my channel. Thumbs down on everything, really rude comments telling people that I'm horrible, I suck, and that they should go watch that other person's channel by directly plugging it and linking to it on my video comment sections, etc. I'm not into that childish behavior so I post less and less here. I don't need the aggravation from jealous grown men in their 30s-50s that act like 9 year olds. I don't retaliate either. I will not stoop to that garbage. There is PLENTY of room for all of us on the internet but they don't seem to think so and I can just avoid some of the issues by not posting reviews, in box looks, etc here nearly as much. If you sub to my channel you'll get notices on your list that I have new stuff up. Thanks as always.
  6. It is inaccurate in a lot of places, that is true. But I just build model kits and have a nice time doing it, even on the frustrating ones. I'll leave all the debate and arguing over detail stuff to other people. My hands are full of paint and glue.
  7. Maybe the next one will be a Lamborghini tractor?
  8. It's a nice kit indeed. It says "Tractor Series" on the US boxing, so I hope more are being planned.
  9. Builds up just fine, no issues.
  10. Nice box on that ZZ Top Eliminator. I never had one as a kid and would have butchered any attempt anyway, so I'll be getting this to build for sure.
  11. You would be able to swap deck if you wanted to. There is no issue with styrene quality. Swapping from drag boat to Chris Craft/speedboat would require some sort of paint job on the hull that would compliment both styles of course. But the parts fit fine and could just be lifted off of you wanted, just don't glue down the stock engine inside. I only wanted a nice wood boat so I glued everything in place. Best case I'd like to have seen, add a buck to the cost of the kit and throw in a second hull, now THAT would have been awesome.
  12. I did a full build up of the AMT Customizing Boat kit re-released this fall. Fit is still just fine, no issues at all with assembly. I might buy another one to do the custom runabout. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkP3izvSh84
  13. Full build review of the perennial favorite Tom Daniel Beer Wagon. Built just like the box art. Still an awesome kit time after time. Eventually I want to do a beat up weathered one to sit beside it.
  14. Full build and paint review of the limited run (500 kits) Streetle Beetle. I used tires from another kit, kit tires are only plain walls, wanted something a bit flashier. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqvPwJmq0xw
  15. Checking out everything that's in the box with the new 70 Charger. Wonderful kit, crisp molds and sweet redline tires. Will make a great complement to their excellent 68 and 69 kits. Hemi is the only engine option on this one, but other mills ca be purchased all over the interwebs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TelIknzQz6A
  16. Joe was spot on, just happened across this thread when googling dullcote and glosscote alternatives and found the page below, SW for sure makes it. https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2012/sherwin-williams-recalls-tree-house-acrylic-coating-due-to-fire-hazard-sold-exclusively
  17. The perennial favorite is back. Nice moldings, everything has stayed straight, no warps. GREAT decal sheet though not as big or as much as I had hoped for given other new decal sheets from Round2, but still nice. Aftermarket can fill those extra wants as needed. Tires are Firestone Transports. Two chrome trees, but the tanks are molded in white. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uvxeBj1m-I
  18. Nice repop by Revell. Three wheel options, two full sets of tires, lots of chrome, two hoods, two transmissions. Lots of stuff for the parts box on this issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmQFlByGxmo
  19. Nice kit, modern molds of course. Great pad printed tires, but no brand name. Sweet stock wheels. Nice factory stock version of the car. Check out my Starsky & Hutch kit review for the same kit in the show's 'hopped up' style. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UqWtMj7SD0
  20. The LIL-Hustler is back! Sweet repop. 8, yup, 8 new tires including gorgeous GT Radials. Parts looks clean and straight, detail is sharp. Decals are redone and very clean, multiple options for Datsun, even as just letters. Poseable steering too. 3n1 kit, good amount of left over parts for the box. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pN38f7eTgb4
  21. This is MPC's release of the 'Country' Charger in 1:25th scale. It's basically a direct re-pop of the long running General Lee kit, all the General Lee parts are included and you'll get an optional set of Torq-Thrust wheels and new flag decals with various names and numbers in the same font as the General Lee car. This is molded in all black. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVSucSDHmbA
  22. Reissue of the classic kit. Now with full 3D cardboard display base, pad printed slicks and new decal sheet. Has the fully deployed parachute and packed chute option. Frame is one piece, thin and straight as an arrow, nice job on that in my opinion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbyrdSlH11U
  23. A nice reissue. White styrene, basic tires, one wheel option, your choice of top down or top up. Decals for road racer or stock version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxoV33xKCBA
