  1. Does anyone know how to contact Modelhaus Tires? On August 30 or so I ordered 3 sets of tires. I haven't received any communications saying they've received my order, shipping info or anything. The Contact page on the site says, " We couldn't find the page you were looking for. This is either because: There is an error in the URL entered into your web browser. 2. Really nice!
  3. Thanks Phillip. i believe color matched hubcaps was one of the many options back then. Thanks Tom. The side molding is actually painted. I'm trying to figure out a way to have the chrome strip surround the moldings. Just seems like a lot of work ?. Thank you. The Galloway Green Firemist was a request. It was nowhere on my radar and now I want to paint everything that color. It seems to bring out the elegant lines of the car. I have a '61 Fleetwood that I might use it on even though it wasn't available in '61. Thanks everyone
  4. Very nice! Love the interior.
  5. I have no idea what this is. For some reason it reminds me of the Oscar Meyer Weiner mobile.
  6. Thanks! There's a little more info on the wheels here.
  7. Johan promo in Galloway Green from Scalefinishes. Thanks for looking.
  8. I have to give a big shout out to Jay at jaysresinwheels. I found them one day while cruising ebay. I bought a set of his Raceline Manhattans for my 67 Coupe DeVille. I loved the wheels but the deep offset wasn't the flavor I wanted. I contacted Jay to see if he had a "stock" version of the Manhattans which he didn't but by the next day I was able to purchase a set he just whipped up. It was a great customer service experience, a nice, clean product and a really nice price. On the left is the deep offset, the middle is the style I was looking for, and the right is after a little paint and BMF. A mock up on the 67 The 1:1
  9. Saw this today in southwest Florida. Had flashbacks when I saw it in the rearview mirror.
  10. Beautiful work. Only thing, the spark plug wires may be a bit out of scale.
  11. Nice looking 1:1. I'm waiting to see how you tackle making the fender flares.
  12. Your Hudson is looking great. I use the foil under paint technique as well. It can be tedious but gives you much sharper results. As far as the wash on the lower chrome trim, it looks like the 1:1 is all chrome, no wash or cut outs. I would go with that. Looks much cleaner.
  13. Very cool. I'm planning to convert the lowrider coupe to a sedan also. Did you adjust the angle on the rear window? Any interior pictures for the limo? Nice job on both.
  14. Kerosene lamps or electricity? Horse drawn carriage or combustible engine?
  15. 1 of many projects on the bench. JoHan 1967 Coupe DeVille.
  16. How do you get paint on the edges where the hood and fenders meet?
  17. 1976 Eldorado convertible. Not sure what year this mustang is. This poor Benz W220. It's not a lowrider. The air suspension compressor or distribution block has died. Hope they're gassing it up to get to the shop. An old Benz W124 wagon. An some social commentary.
  18. This project is beautiful and it's not even done yet. Superior craftsmanship.
