    Not for AFX, they had to keep a semblence of stock for 65/66. Now as previously posted the carpet didn't have any backing, and I'm sure the seats had a lot of inner working pulled out but the rules called for them. In my research I was able to photograph a real one and it was all there. The Quiet One II unrestored.

    Excellent work on the builds guys. I started to quote but there were so many I decided I'd just make a blanket statement. I'll get started in earnest on my GTO before long.

    From what I know about the 65 and 66 AFX rules, they had to have carpet and two seats. The next gen AFX cars went straight weight savings and were the predecessors of funny cars with the full race setup.

    Good for you! I'm still waiting to get my space back from my daughter's rabbit. Little guy wasn't supposed to last this long but he keeps hanging in there. I'm cool with it though.

    I keep a file of planned and dream builds. I'd like to get going on a trike based on the Frogman's Road Rocket. I'm basing it off a dragster frame. Got all the parts, just need to find the guts.
