  1. Such a well-planned out and beautifully built car Bruce. Hats go off to you on this one brother.
  2. Oh man oh man oh man!! That turned out GREAT Bruce!! Love the paint job!!!
  3. Dan this one's coming along beautifully bud. You're doing such a good job with it. I hear you on the weather bro.....in the back of my mind I've got that old CCR tune "Who'll Stop The Rain" playing over and over and over..........
  4. Tell me about it man. I actually HAD one of these kits and let it go.
  5. Any more progress on this bad boy? Looking forward to more.
  6. Good LORD man!! Masking for an interior like that IS indeed a pain but buddy.......you frickin' NAILED that!!! I'll be headed over to the Under Glass section soon to check this beauty out. Excellent turn out! REALLY!!
  7. This is a good looking resto so far Mike. GREAT upgrade to the shock tower/ inner fender liner issues and I like the mods you carried out on the engine. That engine really needed that alternator repositioning. Engine block color is right on man.
  8. Thanks Dan!! 'Preciate it Dave. Here's after about an hour and a half of wet sanding and polishing...
  9. Oh HELL yeah. I'm in on this one.
  10. Nice crinkle finish on the rocker covers and I'm right there with you on not liking molded in exhaust systems and painting them. That's almost a deal breaker for me in kits but you did a great job on yours. Paint finish on that car body looks GREAT.
  11. Thanks you guys. Yes sir I do Sonny. It seems to help with sealing it in somewhat. I have had the BMF move during handling at the top of the side window trim so I avoid picking my builds up from the roof on the sides now. lol
  12. Whoa man!! That looks GREAT so far!!! Shaping up nicely...............very nicely!!
  13. High parts count to this one. Progress is looking exceptional and am really liking the opening panels. Will be watching this one from here on out.
  14. I can't get over the paint quality and details going into this rascal. Just beautiful work Bruce. You have my attention brother.
  15. VERY cool subject. Just don't see enough of these. Looking forward to seeing this build in action.
  16. Sharp color and great choice for fuel delivery. Looking forward to seeing where this one goes.
  17. I really like where you're going with this one Daryl. I've still got my Snap-Tite Pro Streeted out Daytona that I threw together as a kid. Now ya gotta keep in mind.... I was around 14 or so when I built this. LOL. I really outta dig this one back out and do this up right.
  18. Thanks Jeremy!! Good to see you man!! Managed to get a shot in. This is how she's gonna dry. Really happy with this.
  19. Wow man! REALLY blowin' through this one!! I've gotta say, I love the color on this car.
  20. Thanks you guys. OK......now that the BMF process has been completed we're ready for the gloss coat now. I started making adjustments to the exposure setting on the camera which is helping to bring the correct shade of red into my pictures.
  21. Stripes are on and touched up and now we're in the middle of the foiling process. I've really gotta work on my photography in bringing out the red pigments in my pictures.
  22. I appreciate the comments Craig! Thanks bud. Frances, I thank you for the supportive and friendly sentiments. LOL! I dunno if my interiors would do your builds justice good friend. lolol
  23. You did a mighty fine job on that mummy head Dave. Covered the seam up nicely and pulled off some very convincing paintwork/ shadowing on it.
  24. Man!!!! Crankin' 'em out these days Dan!! Got a front row seat and all the show food and drinks to go along with it to watch this one.
  25. My God man!! Un frickin' believeable!!! More comments in your finished thread my brother.
