  1. Excellent and carefully done work towards an unusual subject.
  2. I hope you finish this one. The work so far is spot on and looking promising. Thanks for sharing the process with us.
  3. Sounds like the bumper sticker I put on my 1:1 '48 Chevy. It reads" Cool ain't prefect and prefect ain't cool".
  4. I saw a photo of a used tire truck yesterday on Pinterest with a license plate that read "TIRED". that would make a great for your model.
  5. Thanks for posting these. The real cars are beautiful customs. The original vehicles were actually rather ugly in stock form so cutting the tops was an outstanding idea.
  6. Remarkable conversion. I'll be watching.
  7. Never be sorry for this level of craftsmanship!
  8. I saw possibly the same car on the table at5 a Toledo NL a few years ago. It was printed in a translucent material.
  9. So who out there is brave enough to build Anything shown here? Anyone? Anyone?
  10. In Lima, Ohio I saw a C8 Corvette in an eye searing yellow. Also a '59(?) Nash metropolitan on the interstate.
  11. Nothing has been said about the chassis. What's going on "down under" all that beautiful custom body work?
  12. That second brand name should read Schwans Home Ice Cream delivery.
  13. Very well done and presented on a realistic photo op background diorama.
  14. My personal thanks for creating something dedicated to an underserved segment of our society:-). Dare I say this drips with CT style and craftsmanship. Another over the top "mash up" from your workbench!
  15. Nothing has been revealed about the chassis. So, what's going on "down under"all that beautiful custom body work?
  16. May I suggest having your model inside an appropriately sized display case. I always had one in my desk where it was practical to do so.
  17. I like his indoor barn photos the best. They are super realistic. He's a kid I would enjoy spending time with a getting to know. Thanks for sharing this with us.
  18. Car modelers heed the message here. If you have a great hobby shop in your area that you've been "thinking"about visiting you had better go now while there 're still open and In business!
  19. There (are?) Some diecast ones available of the that body type. I can't testify as to the accuracy of the scale. These were sold with several retailers logos like Pro Hardware and even Schwans ice home delivery.
  20. Be sure to post your build progress using your available materials as those will be something new to most builders here and therefore quite interesting. Please stay safe.
  21. Before the Covid lock-down I saw John Wick Three. I know it got rave reviews but IMO it was definitely one of the worst I ever watched. Everyone Wick shot he shot exactly three times, it was predictable to the point of being ridiculous. Really a bad one so if you're thinking about watching it save your time and money.
  22. I do not have the skills to post photos on the forums but I will email you some photos if you PM me your address.
  23. You're welcome Steve. Praise the lowered! I have an Anglia street rod on primer on my work bench now. Mine is a fenderness three window coupe high boy combining a Monogram '34 roof clip and AMT '32 Ford roadster rear quarter panels and deck lid.
  24. Would love to see more of this truck. It's obviously been brush painted a few times and mother nature has applied her own patina over the decades. Thanks for sharing this with us.
  25. Stunning build. Well planned and detailed with unique custom touches. The low placement of the headlight buckets really draws the viewers eye down thus adding to the ground hugging stance. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.
