?. Looks like another fantastic mold. As other said, a stock version would be sweet also.

Decals look nice. Are they from Pattos in Autrralia?
-
1/43 but not sure of the make. Plenty on Ebay for $20. The proportions look a bit off.

Hobby Lobby downsizing?
vamach1 replied to Gizzy's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Brand new one opened last Friday a few miles away from me in FairLakes in the old ToysRus. It was pretty well stocked but sadly nothing in either diecast or models that I had to have. I also forgot my phone to get a discount but at least I got to see what they are going to carry. The paint and tools and acessories selection looked pretty good but I was hoping there would be more Autoworld or Johnny Lightning diecast. The kit selection was pretty good but of of course the prices are all retail. -
Oh yeah nice Boss. Great work. ?

Got my order today. That was quick. Thanks Randy. Here is one of the three engines I ordered. Looks like I have some work to do. -
It looks fantastic, especially the guages.

'69 Notchback Mustang
vamach1 replied to NOBLNG's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Gerry Chevalier was doing some resin copies of a 69 coupe. He posted pictures on Facebook and I believe it is 1/24 and based on the Revell Monogram body. Of course when I tried to find his posts I could not find any. ? -

I placed an order now as I figured these would sell out quickly. ? -
You are correct. Bub of Germany does not correct Mark II's but Lemans Mininatures makes very acurate ones in 1/87 as pre-painted kits.
-
Good news is Autoworld is doing some more GT40's.. THe bad news is they are still the MK I body pretending to be a Mark II. The nose is wrong and there are no air scoops on the rear deck. Looking at all my mini GT40's there is only ONE that actually looks like a Mark II. Can you all spot it in the photo in the post above?

I looked through my spare parts and only found a few pairs. I am not sure what kit the 428 Cobra Jet ones are from. The Cobra ones are from I assume the AMT 68 Shelby.
-
I have not seen this kit. Can you still find them for a reasonable price?
-
The street GT is okay to me and the GT350 and GT500 are cool but this racing version looks like a winner.
-
Yes = just being lazy.
-
Seeing as how that looks like a street car (BFG Radial T/A tires) I wonder about the big Parnelli lettering. Pattos Place set looks very accurate. Please note the side stripes were placed lower than on the street cars.

These are going to be nice. ?

Very true but that's not national news. Sine helicopters are not regular transportation for most people you tend to hear about the crashes more since they are usually fatal.

Nice job on the Solido GT40. It's crazy the make them without side windows. As for the Morrison GT500, when the find it they will also find bigfoot too.
-
That is a nice color. I am surprised the cans are leaking already. I have had only a few do that.
-
The stance looks much better than the plastics kits. I may jut have to add one to my collection.

Very last cat and the interior is fantastic. Nice background too. I forget what engine came in that kit.
