  1. Got my order today. That was quick. Thanks Randy. Here is one of the three engines I ordered. Looks like I have some work to do.
  2. It looks fantastic, especially the guages.
  3. Gerry Chevalier was doing some resin copies of a 69 coupe. He posted pictures on Facebook and I believe it is 1/24 and based on the Revell Monogram body. Of course when I tried to find his posts I could not find any. ?
  4. I placed an order now as I figured these would sell out quickly. ?
  5. Got this 1/18 Maisto 2003 Cobra in the mail today. Not an exact color match but it's close for now.
  6. For Cobraman.
  7. You are correct. Bub of Germany does not correct Mark II's but Lemans Mininatures makes very acurate ones in 1/87 as pre-painted kits.
  8. Good news is Autoworld is doing some more GT40's.. THe bad news is they are still the MK I body pretending to be a Mark II. The nose is wrong and there are no air scoops on the rear deck. Looking at all my mini GT40's there is only ONE that actually looks like a Mark II. Can you all spot it in the photo in the post above?
  9. I think you are hooked Gary.
  10. I looked through my spare parts and only found a few pairs. I am not sure what kit the 428 Cobra Jet ones are from. The Cobra ones are from I assume the AMT 68 Shelby.
  11. I have not seen this kit. Can you still find them for a reasonable price?
  12. The street GT is okay to me and the GT350 and GT500 are cool but this racing version looks like a winner.
  13. Yes = just being lazy.
  14. Seeing as how that looks like a street car (BFG Radial T/A tires) I wonder about the big Parnelli lettering. Pattos Place set looks very accurate. Please note the side stripes were placed lower than on the street cars.
  15. These are going to be nice. ?
  16. Very true but that's not national news. Sine helicopters are not regular transportation for most people you tend to hear about the crashes more since they are usually fatal.
  17. Nice job on the Solido GT40. It's crazy the make them without side windows. As for the Morrison GT500, when the find it they will also find bigfoot too.
  18. That is a nice color. I am surprised the cans are leaking already. I have had only a few do that.
  19. The stance looks much better than the plastics kits. I may jut have to add one to my collection.
  20. Very last cat and the interior is fantastic. Nice background too. I forget what engine came in that kit.
  21. Made by Safir in the 80's using original parts. I doubt it was ever raced so it's more of a street car. I got to drive it a few years ago and it's as close as I will ever get to drive an original. The same person owns the Cobra coupe which is built to original specs. I got to ride as a passenger at a local road racing track about four years ago.
  22. Thanks JC. There's a nice 914 down there and other Posches, GT40, Cobra Coupe (McClusky) a Lamborghini Miura and a Countach, various old and newer Ferrari's side from the usual new cars including the new Corvette.
  23. Thanks. It was painted about 30 years ago and I have owned it since 1981. I'd say it's a keeper.
  24. Nice job on the extra detailing. Do you have any plans for doing anything to the wheels?
  25. The home for my 72 Mach1 until the show ends on Superbowl Sunday.
