My USPS problem has just taken a hilarious turn. My package is in Guam!!!! Even better, it says it departed from there April 16th at 1:11 am. That's tomorrow but I guess they're a day ahead. Would it be ok for me to say I hate USPS?

I filed a claim with USPS just hoping somebody would wake up and do something but after reading the above post I doubt anything will happen. Didn't expect it anyway but not gonna just sit here and do nothing. My package is from Big Donkey Resin and I contacted him to let him know what's going on. He's a good guy and I told him there's nothing I want him to do but also told him the USPS is the last outfit I'd use to ship stuff. This sort of thing can reflect on his business if it happens often. Some people would be hesitant to order anything. I just got an order from Chewy who uses FedEx and got it in 2 days. Quick order fill and quick delivery. UPS is still may favorite. Never seem to have a problem with them.

Still waiting for USPS to do their job and deliver my package. Tracking hasn't updated since last week. April 5th it arrived at the facility in PA and then just says it's in transit to the next facility. No it's not. I'm guessing they lost it.

Very nice looking model! I wonder if you clear coated the decals it would've helped? I've done that with old decals and it seems to save them. Anyway, you did a great job with them.

It was nice to thumb through it and see nothing but CARS. Cars and more cars. I have always enjoyed the kit reviews as they are so very thorough. Have only read the Grumpy Vega review and it's sad and entertaining at the same time pointing out how far from the actual car the kit is.

Let me join you with the same situation. Spent awhile looking things up on the Internet trying to educate myself on the 2 dose vs. 1 dose and but in the end I can't really get a definite answer. I understand what is said but guess I wanted to reassure myself of what are my odds toward the future of the juice they injected into me. My wife got hers with me and said the shot hurt and has a little pain but I felt much of nothing. Been having some fun with her on my fake symptoms but she doesn't think it's funny. As you said, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Just no excuse for this type of service. My package is from Big Donkey Resin and I hate to burden him with this. I'll wait and see what happens.

I agree with everyone's comments. Saw one of these at an outdoor car show one time. Only time I've seen one.

US postal service AGAIN! Got a tracking number at the beginning of the week that says package will be delivered Friday. Friday it says "out for delivery" but there's no package. Friday evening it says package will be delivered late; whatever that means. This morning tracking says delivered. No package on porch and no package in the mail lockbox. Scary. Where is it?!

Those are pretty darn nice! I have an old Protar 250 GTO that I've never built because I don't think I have the talent to make it as great as I want it to be. It's one of my favorite cars of all time so want to do it right. I really should try though.

It seems there are never any games broadcast on Thursday so I just watch the NHL show that drops in on all the games for a bit to show you "some" of the games. Gets frustrating though when I start to get involved and they leave for another game.

Always liked him as a guest on the talk shows but felt bad because it always seemed he was rushed. He offered some good entertainment and education about each animal.

I've got plenty of figures from Shapeways as they have a HUGE selection. Agree with the above mentioned quality. Most have been pretty good but had a few that were missing a little bit of it or just not very detailed. Have always washed them in soapy water and primed before painting.

I see it as "conversation" as long as it doesn't get out of hand. Model Railroader was mentioned above and the funny thing about that magazine is I've always found it fascinating even though I'm not involved in the hobby. Was into it a long time ago but I think I like it for the talented people who can create a vast subject. That's why I try to enjoy FSM as I like anything that we're all enjoying as a hobby.

I remember Fun with Dick and Jane at the drive-in and always thought it was a funny story and some good actors in it. Yes, Just Shoot Me was a good show.

Yes, wrote that one down and hope to add other options as well. As mentioned from others, some paints are either too glossy or too flat to match the Black Chrome trim. I want something to match it as I've already got the Tamiya and Testors colors figured out and they have their place.

Black Chrome Trim has been one of my favorites too. Use it all the time. There's been a couple of suggestions on a replacement and I think I've written them down somewhere but darned if I can find it now.

And a couple of emails to them got me nowhere so they'll lose another reader once my subscription runs out.

The problem I have with the curbside/takeout situation is who gets the tip money? The kitchen folks made it and someone brings it out. That's it. So where does your tip money go?

Also been there. Well, not the quitting part but I've had all the sub assemblies looking great but they won't come together properly. This is a big reason I work on 3-5 models at a time. I get frustrated with one so move on to another that makes me happy and come back to another when I feel like working out the kinks again. I have looked thru my stash for a model I think might be easy and work on that to keep my happiness of building alive. Of course that can sometimes bite you in the you know what. Just hang in there.

Great looking model and a different version that I haven't seen before. And yes, the history is an added bonus.

Hopefully this is ok but happy to have scheduled our vaccine appointments today. Been trying for days at so many locations but kept hitting a dead end and now I have dates for the wife and I about 10 days from now. Letting anyone else know if you've experienced the same thing, keep trying because I did it so you can too. Hoping we can beat this thing and I can go to the Indycar races this year in September!

Good looking dog. I hate reading these things but understand what is inevitable. I tear up for the owners that have to deal with this and just don't know how I will cope when it comes time for me and our 2 dogs. My thoughts are with you. Thanks for sharing this nice picture.
