Cutting back on crews plays a lot into this along with poor maintenance practices. Time to return human eyes at the end of a train and physical checks while stopped.

It is a bit finicky but builds up nicely!

Waiting for good weather to paint the Deora and a 69 Dart I have 90% done so started on a 1966 Thunderbird kit I got a long time ago from someone on a site. It is a 1987 kit that had been reshrink wrapped. I just opened it today and it is complete including all this retro stuff. The putty is even softening up under the lamp! Plan to build it stock.

My failed BRBO 2022 entry. Didn't get the trailer done so it was not my promised complete entry. Lowered the cab, shortened the tanks and altered the exhaust and air intake. Otherwise out of box build.

Decided to do some alteration to the taillight. I know it isn't quite correct but closer to what it should have been.

Chassis done, need to shift 5he front axle bach about 1/16 inch. Did a little black wash on the wheels. Debated using the wheels from the newer kit but decided to build it as it came with the small wheels and tires. Trying to decide on just what gold to use. Used lime gold way back on one but it wan't quite right.

Been using my open air paint booth for ever. Just can't use it in inclimate weather. Rarely have any issues with contaminates in the paint.

That is a work of art for sure!

Not going to get my project done. Weather and health wasn't cooperative for me. Got the Gmc done but couldn't get paint on the trailer.
