  1. Don't insult me that way. These are CRV's/SUV's. Mom and Dad drove a station wagon and I certainly would not, I am much too cool to be seen driving a station wagon. ? Call them what you want, they are still very much a station wagon.
  2. Another use for these is cleaning the barrel and tips of your air-brush. I will get about an inch wet with thinner/cleaner and run it back and forth through my airbrush. Also works well for to clean tube on siphon feed brushes. I try to keep a pack available at all times.
  3. I have got to get me a Donk GT-40, maybe in pimp pink.
  4. Excellent truck and the weathering is beautiful. Also like the working parts on the bed. Great job.
  5. So, did you get it? Looks like a fun little machine to tool around in. Of course it would need a 289 or 351 under the hood and some wheels/tires.
  6. An endless supply of window netting can be found in the cosmetics section of your local WalMart (if you are able to get to one). Buy one of those nylon mesh puffs that are used in the shower. They come in a variety of colors and when disassembles they offer a large amount of mesh netting. Simply stretch our the mesh to the opening size desired, carefully lay masking tape along the edges, all around, turn the mesh over and tape that side. Cut to the size you want, paint the tape, and you have a window net. I used it for the window net on this 1/32 Mustang; the window net is a bit large for the build.
  7. Looks wicked to me, I like what I see. By chance do you have any pictures of the chassis?
  8. Good looking Chevelle. Looks like you nailed it.
  9. Sounds like a very ambitious project. I am sure you will be able to handle it. The Daytona Coupe is one of my grail cars. Is that Lindberg kit still available, and if so where could I find one?
  10. Beautiful build of a beautiful car. Looks very close to the real one. Nice job.
  11. I love gassers so I will watch what you do with this one. You might want to move the battery from in front of the radiator to above the rear axle where it will do more good. And unless you are going to be building a street/gasser those horns are just so much added weight.
  12. Very pretty Vicky, that color looks great on it. I have a few of these in my stash, 2 hardtops, 2 converts, one resin 4dr, and a couple of zip-lock bags of parts from a model show. So far I have completed one convertible and have another in work.
  13. What type suspension did you use under this one, or did you just run axles though the body work?
  14. Didn't I see that car in "Beach Blanket Bingo" or maybe it was "Muscle Beach". You hit the look of those Disney hot rods very well. Sweet little roadster.
  15. Got some outdoor pictures between planting garden, mowing yard, and constructing another storage building.
  16. Very nice looking basic Plymouth. Just wondering why the right hand drive, other than to see if you could do it? Really like this build.
  17. Just another idea of a "bus".
  18. Good looking "Li'l Hustler", nice color. I have been contemplating this very same engine swap. What headaches do I need look for?
  19. I wish I had a photo. That day at the strip my wife was out of the country and had the good camera, so I bought a couple of those cameras that you send the whole thing in to get processed. Both of them locked up after about three or four photos, and none of those photos developed either.
  20. Most excellent build. I may have to "borrow" some of your ideas for one I have in mind.
  21. What they said. There is one that used to run the local track called "Super Cat", except for the name and paint it could almost be a twin. Really like the work you have put into this one. Fine looking model.
  22. Sweet BMW, would like to find one like that in my garage.
  23. The bars are closed here also, although I think you may be able to get drive-by service. I know the governor has classified the local ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) stores as being an essential business so they are open. That's what everyone needs, locked up in their homes with a couple bottles of Wild Turkey.
  24. Not sure how close to scale accuracy it is but I use .100 rod for most of my cage work and chassis work. Of course I have never built a complete pro-mod chassis so I may be off base with this suggestion.
  25. Very nice Scout, like that color. With those 2 4's it probably will DD MAU.
