I’ve noticed that it seems to be getting more hostile here. It’s disheartening and is part of the reason I visit less often when I’m not building.

Grr.. my paint won’t be here until next Wednesday. That’s ok, I’ll start on the chassis on Sunday. Be on the look out!

Never got a chance to get anything. I got on the hobby train moments before they announced no more orders. So I sat and saw some cool subjects. Like the D100 kit. And I missed out on the sale they had a while back. Makes me jealous. Also has made me realize that with resin stuff, I buy it when I can. Might not be there in a year or tomorrow.

Holy cow that was hard. Very well done to everyone. I wish I would have finished, but I would not have come close at all. Thanks for the great competition! And thank you @DRIPTROIT 71 for hosting.

I’ve got to agree with Tom and Michael. I hate the way many “just state facts” that are often a jab. Many of us know the facts. And if he was at GSL, so what? The man deserves to get out and do something that he wanted, perhaps a nice escape. Gregg lets us be here and enjoy the forum at no expense to us. Be chill to one another. The amount of rude behavior has been increasing here and not just towards Gregg. To others as well. It makes this hobby a stressful one when new drama is created every day. If this is overstepping, please remove it. But as a young modeler, this is not what this hobby is about.

Just ordered some paint. My airbrush skills are not great with white Tamiya. So I ordered some spray and clear. Hoping to let the paint fly this weekend. I also got the Renaissance P/E set which is very nice. Can I just use super glue to glue the P/E to the body? Or is there something else works better?

Ebay is not bad at all. I'm not sure why it gets such a bad rap on here.

I don’t see how that would make it less aerodynamic. I bet it’s more aerodynamic.

Who will be the first to make it in scale? I can’t wait to see it. Have been considering it for a few years down the road when I’m ready to graduate to a sports car.

Bought mine through a US website that had them in stock. Never went through Clearly Scale. At this point it probably isn’t going to turn around.
