Looks good! Nice job on the detail painting.

Model Master lacquer goes just fine over Rustoleum 2X primer. I primed a bunch of bodies in August with the Rustoleum 2X Flat White, Light Gray, and Flat Black primers and painted over them with Testors One Coat(Extreme) lacquers, Model Master lacquer and Tamiya in September with no problem. The problem you run into with the Rustoleum line is with their clears as they are chemically hot. Their primers and paints are fine, although the paints are a little thick. Also, here's a spoon test using Testors Green Metal Flake Enamel over various base coats...

Definitely following. I have the same idea to do Speed Buggy, just not sure when.
