Too many idiots. I've seen cars stop at a flashing yellow expecting the light will turn red... on a single light pod. Same thing on a flashing red waiting for it to turn green. Another pet peeve is drivers don't slow down in construction zones or worse... tailgating you. Another is the move over law with police cars with light bars active. Teenagers speeding thinking they own the road. Don't get me wrong, we've all done stupid stuff driving in our younger years but teens nowadays are getting more aggressive in driving and speeding.

The Official EBay Discussion Thread
BlackSheep214 replied to iamsuperdan's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I rarely bid on fleaBay because of the constant sniping. Hate'em all because I never win. So I'd rather go the Buy it Now with Make an Offer route. -
If it's too good to be true, it's a scam. Google the business...

Aftermarket Directory
BlackSheep214 replied to Casey's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
Is BNL Resins still in business? Apparently they have a Facebook page but what good is it if you can’t order anything from them without a FB account? I really liked their stuff and wanted to purchase some of his engine resin kits. -
What did you see on the road today?
BlackSheep214 replied to Harry P.'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Not on the road but down the street from my house sitting in his driveway. First time I've seen it. Chrome Green Camaro.... She's gonna be even brighter on a bright sunny day. -
Did this to my sister back in the day as kids. Funniest thing I ever done. But ooooo was she p!ssed! ROFL!

Here are two I have in my stash I've been looking for for years. I was lucky to acquire them from a fellow modeler a few years back. Not sure how hard they are to find but in my eyes, these are gold to me. The Highboy is unsealed but complete. The '57 Chevy Lowrider is still sealed in original shrink-wrap.

Not as well as the original Monogram version. Hated the Revellogram re-issued P-61 Black Widow. Came close to tossing that POS kit in the trash Nothing fits and some of the parts seems off and inaccurate. Especially the figures - they looked horrendous and too skinny. Glad you managed to pull it off.

Your Approach to Building?
BlackSheep214 replied to Calb56's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I have no plan since I build a little bit of everything from autos, aircrafts of any era, ships, sci-fi., etc... I build whatever direction my mojo takes me. Sticking with a plan or approach on what to build first, next, after that, and on and on and on can lead you to losing your mojo to build anything in a hurry. I don't believe in build project schedules. Just go with the flow and enjoy whatever the mood takes you. -
I would never spend stupid money on an electric bike even if I tried it. I need the physical exercise not the electricity to do the work for me biking.

Found this on YouTube over the weekend. Watching this did put a smile on my face. I hope you enjoy it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=b4crqLlgCUM

I learned how to drive a Model T
BlackSheep214 replied to 89AKurt's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
That is awesome! I'd love to go for a ride in one, even learn how to start it up and drive one. You certainly can chalk that one off your bucket list. Bravo on you and cherish that memory! Not everybody get that rare opportunity. -
Electric bikes.... what's the point if you're not doing the cardio work? A few pedaling before the the battery takes over and you're golden. That's not exercise.
