This talk of Ollie's stocking model kits had me curious to see at my local Ollie's store. Yup... they have them and this is what they had to offer. I am very tempted to go back and grab the Ford Trimotor kit since I do build aircraft kits as well.

Rawhide sticks are not good for dogs. Causes digestive issues. Ask me how I know. Never understood why folks thinks they good for dogs. Same thing for those bones and cattle antlers in stores. Don't buy them!!!! Even veterinarians will tell you they're to be avoided at all costs.

I was rooting for the Eagles but in reality, I didn’t really care who won. It was a great game except for the idiotic fumble by Hurt and the Eagles Defense literally let not one but TWO receivers walk into the end zone unopposed. No doubt the Chiefs came in like gangbusters in the second half. Their opening drive of the second half really threw the Eagles defense off. The one thing that really irritated me throughout the game was the Eagles QB ran the shotgun formation every single time. Never a different formation except on 4th and 1. No wonder the Chiefs dominated the second half. They had them figured out. So they say. It’s funny to see only the Eagles players changed their cleats but not the Chiefs. Why is that? The Chiefs didn’t have a problem playing on the field during the whole game. Overall, it was a great game. The halftime show…. not so much. Turned it on mute. Not a fan of Rihanna or her music and her dancing snowmen. One of the suckiest halftime shows I’ve seen.

Good observation on American Motors kit. I wonder why that is they don't re issue them. I remember doing the '66 Marlin in my youth years. So many iconic American Motors that need some luvin' today. Hornet is one I'd love to see as a kit.

Oh that's one of my biggest post peeves. Local weather newscasters love to hype up the bad and send everybody in a panic. It's typical Northeast winter for Christ sake! I agree, they really need to take it down a few notches. It's not like it's some phenomena we've never seen or heard of before. My take is these youngster weather newscasters are clueless that we've dealt with all kinds of winter weather in the past. How is this any different? I can't count how many times they cry wolf over some impending winter storm when it came out as duds at the end of the day. I stopped listening to my local news weather newscasters a long time ago because they're clueless idiots. Oh... Naming these winter storms like they do for hurricanes is utterly ridiculous. Polar vortex? Really? It's just an arctic blast.
