    Here ya go guys! I'll throw a hiccup into the mix..... ' 67 Ambassador. Chrome exterior (bad tarnished) looks like the sales award type promos.....couldn't find any markings to ID radio mfg. I personally took this apart to redo for a friend to replicate his first car.

    Here is an example of the vacuum formed ones from Starmodels.....fairly thin.....I sand the on a piece of glass till the edge is whisper thin, glue in position, very minimal putty to finish the edge...then dremel out underside.

    Also in pic is a styrene '66 Galaxie hood, that can be available.

    Another point of interest...... I have found that I cannot do this at all on my smart phone.....have to do in on my tablet or PC.

    Top right corner.....click on the envelope. ....dropdown shows messages, click on..."go to inbox", click box beside message you want to delete...should prompt you to delete or cancel.

    I agree with John....as he said...long ago for myself also!! It did not burnish well! but, I do remember rubbing through the black trying to get it to stay. New stuff?? no idea, but I'm over it...I've had better luck just painting what I want black.
