  1. That's an awesome looking Corvette, nice job!
  2. Beautiful job on this, it turned out great!
  3. Great job combining the kits, that looks fantastic!
  4. Looks good, and a great collection of horses there.
  5. Nicely done! I long ago gave up on Jada producing 100% accurate replicas, but have since come to appreciate them as art pieces - love it or hate it, there's definitely a style to them. And it's nice to know the guys behind them are actually enthusiasts, so there's a little extra personality there. When the circles overlap and they do one that actually *is* correctly scaled, all the better.
  6. On the home stretch with the Hot Rods to Hell Corvette!
  7. Nice recovery, you always do an awesome job with these "barn finds."
  8. That's awesome, nicely done!
  9. Nice clean job on this!
  10. That looks slick, nicely done!
  11. Nicely done!
  12. It's great to see one of these given the full custom treatment, you did an amazing job with it!
  13. That's a good looking group of models, you've done some nice clean work here!
  14. No, that was me having a brain fart. NNL East in Wayne, NJ is about the same distance from me as the show you mentioned in Chadwicks, but for some reason my brain got caught on "Oneida St" and typed that as the city instead. That said, thanks to the magic of New York's bizzaro road system, the city of Oneida is about the same 2-hour drive for me as both other cities mentioned. ?
  15. Nice clean job on this, it looks great!
  16. Thanks for the info, I didn't know about that one. The next show on my radar was the NNL East, it's about the same distance from me as Oneida.
  17. Which show is that?
  18. Looks good, nicely done! I have one of these in the stash, seeing this makes me want to break it out (not that I don't already have too many projects on the bench...)
  19. Thanks, I'll have to look for that one. I kept running into Rustoleum cans being good for only one or two models before the nozzles fail, so I had pretty much stopped looking at their colors. But I've never tried the ones with this style nozzle, it might be an improvement from the last ones I used. Even if the fail rate holds, it'll be worth it to get this color.
  20. Some great progress, guys - the Ferrari and Riviera are looking fantastic! What color did you use? That looks pretty darn close from here! Given what the 1:1 Riviera interiors look like as the wood de-laminates over the years, the chipped white edges are probably the most accurate way to go here. The closest I found was the one lone hubcap in the Hogan's Heroes Jeep, I think left over from its time as a courtesy car. It's not 100% accurate, but with a decal added to make the vent holes it was close enough for me. On my own build, I finally got the interior stripped and repainted. Most of what you see here is Tamiya Semi-Gloss Black, with Molotow for the chrome bits and Tamiya Flat Aluminum for the door inserts. The gauge decals were destroyed when I stripped off the old paint, so I made new ones based on a spare set I had from the Revell '59 Corvette kit. Still a few more details to paint but it's getting closer!
  21. Thanks, guys!
  22. Awesome job on this!
  23. Nice clean work on this, it looks great!
  24. Still my favorite Mustang, beautiful job on it!
  25. Thanks, guys! I have other projects that are fighting me, so I really needed one that was an "I gotta get something done" escape ? You got it!
