    Show Rod

It’s got nice lines…should look great when it’s done.?
  3. Sorry for the late response Grant. I chuck a drill bit backwards in the handle and use it as a scriber. They are extremely brittle, so a very light touch is required. I can use from #80 (.0135”) up to #61 (.039”) to match what ever panel line width I happen to need.
  4. Yes, the outside diameter. 1-3/4” would be 44” in 1/25 scale, and that is a touch bigger than I would like. I found a set on e-bay for $75. + shipping.☹️
  5. It is the boggers that I would like to find in 1/25 scale. Would you happen to know the O.D. of those? Thanks, Greg.
  6. That blue certainly is electric! Lokks great on it.?
  7. Looks real fine, but you need a rad hose.? ?

    Looking good!?
  9. Have you tried any of this? How well does it do curves?
  10. You know, I never even burnished the yellow tape down properly. I mostly laid it to see if it would curve. I re-set it after your post. By the next morning it was lifted…so within hours. Pic taken just now.
  11. Are they still around? I googled but didn’t come up with anything.?
  12. Great looking truck Steve. Really nice mods you did to it!?
  13. Excellent!?
  14. Beautiful, just beautiful! ?

    1969 corvette

Very sleek looking ride. I love that colour on it! ?
  16. Really nice looking little hot rod! A little different, and that’s a good thing!?
  17. Nice to see some Off Roaders in the works Mike! Are those Super swamper Boggers in the bottom left corner? Where from? I’ve been looking for a source. Are you doing airbrushing or rattle cans?
  18. Welcome Gert. Those look nice. Way too small for my tired eyes and fat fingers to work on! LOL!
  19. Nice amount of lift on that one. It looks just right!?
  20. Very realistic looking. Looks like someone sanded her down for a new paint job and never got around to it.?
  21. Welcome Robert. I can’t help with the weathering since I’ve never done it. There are some folks on here though whose builds you would swear are real! Good luck.
  22. Thanks Guys! The picture on the box looked good, so I pretty much copied it. I didn’t trust myself to use the decals though.?
  23. I think it would need to be tubbed James, so the tires are inside the fenders…if you go with fenders. The spare tire well could be cut out and capped with a chunk of styrene and a bit of milliput. It looks like there are so many possibilities, I just may have to get one of these kits.?
  24. Beautiful looking truck! She’s got quite the hillbilly lift kit on her!?
