  1. April 1962 hmmm. I would have been just learning to walk.
  2. Very high quality build. Nice job.
  3. Very nice I like it. I should have sent you mine for polishing. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/147210-1970-aar-340-6-cuda-in-panther-pink/
  4. Artistic license yes. Go with it.
  5. Very very nice. I have two to build. You say the kit comes with a big block or was that something you changed way back when?
  6. I like the chrome dump box.
  7. Artistic license. I am all for that. Nice build.
  8. Very pretty color combo. This kit was my first fade in the 70's Silver base with transparent candy red in front and candy blue fade to the rear. I have a Monogram kit that I will get to someday.
  9. Worked on my work benches yesterday. Laid the two biggest pieces of BMF I have ever attempted. Actually went pretty well.
  10. Nice work. Following.
  11. Seeing your build is giving me deja vu...
  12. Nice subject and very pretty color.
  13. Thanks for the clarification.
  14. I want my items to look more realistic so I figured I would add some logos and warning stickers. After snagging some from the internet, I manipulated the files and down sized them via print size NOT file size and created them in exactly the sizes I wanted in pretty decent resolution.
  15. No 404 error. Simply reading threads on 2 occasions. No stray mouse clicks or keypad touches. The last occurrence was I was happily typing along and POOF home page. Time was not noted but between noon and 2 PM PST.
  16. I do not know if you are aware of this issue but 3 times this morning I was viewing a thread and then later writing a long tutorial and POOF! the screen jumps to the home page. Getting back to the thread I was reading is no big deal but, 30 minutes of tutorial information simply disappeared GRRRRR. Any knowledge of this or a fix for it in the works? If not, I will likely have to write the tutorial in another program and cut and paste it onto the forum. (If I get remotivated)
  17. Found it, read it, LOVE IT! Thank you so much for sharing. My process will officially be changed. I also like someone else's tip to color the tip of the blade for contrast. That has always been a challenge (seeing where I am going)
  18. Steve, How in the heck do you get your chrome trim so laser straight?
  19. Have you made aluminum rims from thick wall tubing? I have a bunch of wide tires and a bunch of narrow rims and mags. It would be nice to have some hoops made to bring them together.
  20. You have a very fertile imagination buddy.
  21. Put my new rig to work delivering the first load for a new auto hobby shop
