  1. Boy that looks sharp. Really like that color. Great job.
  2. Nice looking little scooter. Looks like a little bug.
  3. That is really nice. Fantastic colors and attention to detail. Great job.
  4. Boy that's one good looking Ford. I like the barrels in the back and the one that looks like the ole boy dropped it a few times. Great job on the build.
  5. Super clean looking coupe. Like the color.
  6. Yeah...those pics are a lot better without the reflections. Once again, nice job on the 41 Willy's.
  7. Your Charger RT is looking good so far. Looking forward to see how your paint process turns outs.
  8. Real nice job Phil. I love the old Willy's Gassers. I have a thread going on mine and just about to finish it up.
  9. Thanks. You've got this.....you always do.
  10. Nice looking 300. I like the color.
  11. Well....after multiple attempts and knocking the tail lights off a couple times I finally go the foil to stick. Not only was the foil not wanting to stick to the trim it kept tearing when burnishing it down with a Q Tip. Both sides has a few extra strips where it tore and I had to replace it. That's as good as it's going to get, I'm not messing with it anymore. Just found out the hood doesn't fit as good as it did early on. Not sure what happened but it's a little late now.
  12. Looks pretty darn good to me. That red pops. Nice job.
  13. That's a looker Gary. That deep blue looks really nice and clean.
  14. Nice looking Jaguar. Like Chaz mentioned....the hood straps look great. NIce work on the interior.
  15. Nice save on that Vette Snake. The wheels & tires look nice.
  16. That clear gives it a nice shine. TS-13?
  17. Thanks. I appreciate the comment.
  18. That's a good looking pair and what a nice job.
  19. That is a super clean Chaparral. Time well spent. Great job on the build.
  20. Thanks Ray. Getting close to the finish line as long as I don't get another honey do project thrown at me.
  21. I got the glass in and the foil work done on the hood. I was looking at pics of the Big John Mazmanian Willy's and I did not see any chrome or even a seal on the glass. I did outline the windshield in black.
  22. Thanks for the video Dave. I have the Passhe H airbrush and I have sprayed Testors once before. Not on a body but I sprayed the bumpers on a 56 pickup. I will differently give this a shot next time around.
  23. I got the 41 Willy's wet sanded and polished this morning. The wet sanding (after curing for 5 days) wet fine on the Rust-Oleum lacquer clear. This is what I was a little worried about. I was a little disappointed in the final results of my paint and clear coat. The products worked fine it's just my lack of skills I guess.
  24. Ok boys and girls, I got the Willy's wet sanded and polished this morning. I was a little disappointed. I was thinking it would have come out better. I stayed away from all the high spots because I did not want to burning through. Looks like it still has some orange peel. Starting from left to right are the polishes I used and grit of sand paper. Give me your comments and don't hold back. I need to know what I need to improve on.
