If you are looking for small tubing, I bought an assortment of hypodermic tubing from Ted's Modeling Marketplacehttp://www.tedsmodelingmarketplace.com/ Trumpeter also sells small telescopic tubing, here is a link at Elm City Hobbies http://www.elmcityhobbies.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=73_395&zenid=16278c27c6d6a70aa6f26082ec9efa33 Hope this helps. -
Check out Hart's Parts Resin, http://www.hartspartsresin.com/resin-parts-list/revell-monogram. They have the seat you need about halfway down the page.

Stinger Hood for Revell Nova
Mike Chernecki replied to 1972coronet's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
The Yenko Nova originally came with the stock SS hood, so the kit is correct. The Baldwin Motion cars had the Stinger type hood. -

Mine has layers of paint buildup. -
You are correct. There was suppose to be a total of 50 Hemisfears built. Not sure if actual production reached 50, but there were a few for sure.

Tamiya Mercedes 300SL Announced, new pics added to OP
Mike Chernecki replied to martinfan5's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
I noticed that Acu-Stion is offering a white metal engine for this kit. Just curious, Why? Is there something wrong with the kit engine? Or is this just another bunch useless overly priced Acu-Stion parts. -
IWATA NEO AIRBRUSH PROBLEM
Mike Chernecki replied to jpc1968's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Just a tip when cleaning, USE the blue Iwata lube on the needle. Without it you can easily push the needle too far and split the tip. -
There is an idea, tool up new AAR hood and the proper set of wheels and we have a good approximation of Joe Rogan's Foose designed, Rad Rides built Sick Fish cuda.

? Studio27 FP0013 sheet Size ?
Mike Chernecki replied to Crazy Ed's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
That is the standard size of the Studio27 packaging. You can estimate the size of the etched screen relative to the packaging now that you have the package size. -
I am hoping they do these as highly detailed full kits, rather than a simplified glue kit.

I vote for the 56 F-100 and the Grandmaster (seen this in person a few times... gorgeous car).

AMT 1965 Riviera Curbside Custom - DONE!
Mike Chernecki replied to Impalow's topic in WIP: Model Cars
Both interiors look great. I am itching to try this for myself. I would also like to try the acrylic paint technique, but can't seem to find a suitable piece to take the mold from. A friend of mine uses another technique, he uses colored plastic laces for making wallets that you find at a craft store. Don't need to paint it and you can do two tone interiors by alternating the lace colors.- 64 replies
