  1. Bronson's character drove a blue 72 Montego. Jean-Michael Vincent's character drove the red Mustang. Both were blown up at the end. "Bang. You're dead."
  2. The Wagoneer with the Ferrari engine had smoothed bodywork and the nose of the 365GT2+2 that the engine came from. It was called the Jerrari. It looked sort of Citroen-y. There was a story about it in Road & Track.
  3. Thank you. It graced my driveway for a few years. I thought it looked better before the studio got ahold of it. White, and it had whitewall tires. My parents had one, purchased new in 1972. I bought this one in 1986.
  4. Mine ended up that way too.
  5. I have a resin 55 4-door sedan if anyone is interested.
  6. Works in Chrome but not Internet Explorer in my case.
  7. Met the guy who designed the full-bumper parts at NNL West. He had pictures of the prototype parts. Grille, bumper and parking lights are separate parts. It looked pretty nice.
  8. Just lower it a little.
  9. I have one that I purchased years ago from Scale Equipment Limited, made for the original AMT 57 Bel air. Long out of production though.
  10. Do it the way Ford did. Shelby front clip on the Boss 429.
  11. Jaguar E-Type FHC on Angeles Forest Highway.
  12. Paint "finishes" with the texture of scale stucco.
  13. Deadliest car in America is any car with a drunk at the wheel.
  14. Chevy kept the X-frame through 1964, The Riviera kept it through 1970.
  15. Steve Stanford. A great artist and a genuinely nice person.
  16. Check craft stores or gaming supply. Kit Kraft in Studio City Ca used to carry scale skulls.
  17. The Snap Mercury kit came out long after the original AMT 49 Merc. That one came out in the early 60s.
  18. 62 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, 70 Ford Country Sedan.
  19. I have a 63 Electra convertible that I acquired recently, Cleanly built, unpainted.
  20. That white 63 Mercury Breezeway got a lot of screen time. Like the Bug in the Bullitt chase. And that 63 Country Squire handles like none did back in the day. Maybe Miles put in Konis and some anti roll bars
  21. She looks like a Tortie we used to have in our family.
