    Good looking build.

    59' Bubble-top

Wow, super looking build, beautiful colour and finish.
  3. Agreed, although I tend to use normal glue. I find the CA can be too hard to sand which can leave a high spot. I like CA and styrene dust as gap filler.
  4. Great looking Z, good job on getting the hood open to show that great engine detail.

Did you paint the boards or are they decals? Either way they look good.
  6. Love the orange, nice looking build. Fantastic dio..

The test pin stripping turned out, although the actual width will be half this.
  8. Whoa, that is looking real cool, nice work.
  9. That was cool. He got so excited when he found that part to put in the top. He's awesome, always dig how enthusiastic he is. Thanks for posting this up.

    Very cool.
  12. Someone build that car over on the now debunked eScale site years ago. They made their own decals, the model turned out awesome.
  13. Tom's Vett is probably my most memorable funny car. But the Nitro Fish cars are probably some of the wilder ones out there.
  14. I am enjoying this build very much, always nice to watch such technical artistry.
  15. This is really coming together nicely, great work.
  16. Another great update! Over/slip scribes can be death in the wrong spot. Looks like you'll sort that one out.
  17. Ah man dropping projects really bites. Looks like you already have it looking WAY better then that lump you started with.

Thanks. Me either, but it looks to be stable,. I will have to do a full mock up test before I actually paint the shell. Not sure how this concoction will bond to the base coat of ZeroPaints white so as not to lift with the masking.
  19. I love seeing these cars built up. They look to be pretty good kits too. I always confuse these with the Jota. Good luck with the build.
  20. No pics for me, but it sounds like a great project. Good luck with it.
  21. Welcome to the big show. Nice looking build, I really like the colour.
  22. Nice project and good start. The mods are looking really well thought out. Welcome to the world of scratch building, best of luck with the fuel injection unit. Edit: So far so good on the fi unit. Ya go that posted up while I was typing.
  23. Outstanding!
  24. I grew up in Pickering from '80-92.
