I bought a case of each of the Revell parts packs, 6 in a case, for about a buck per pack.....so not hot sellers......but they are very 1960's era themed and a little out of date.
And by some strange chance he/she sells copies of all the decals I sold them years ago........strange world....
I made a run of those....I will have to check and see if I have any left.....
Thanks for the info........with 5K kits in my stash......I'll wait and see if Revell here brings it in.....even $45, if that is the new MSRP, is outside my zone. Thx
I got info from Model King yesterday the kit is being run now. Shipment is still TBA but is closer now than ever....NO Cancellation.........and if you want one....ORDER IT....this is hot!
I understand some do not like the Tom Daniel showrods.....but Tom is willing to work with Atlantis at a fair exchange. IF they have some fords or GM molds it will take a expensive license to run them. Right now Atlantis is trying to get some products out without big license fees.
Good start.......It was a IMC kit and thus a little tough build. The molds are now listed as MIA and we may never see it again.......you got a good deal....I have been looking for one myself.
I like what you created with the updated body.
The vintage MPC Vega kit is a decent model of the pavement modifieds of the 1970's through mid 1980's. I saw these cars run a Metrolina in Charlotte and Bowman Gray. The AMT Toby Tobias models are more like the dirt mods.
That is not my neighbors car but is the exact same as his. As stated 100% bone stock....I remember when he bought it.....I fell for it and have wanted one since.
I had a buddy that was in the offset printing biz. I'd help out at times......I'd always grab a few plates. That was the 1980's and I know burning big plates is long gone. You may want to check the metal craft area of Hobby Lobby....I bought some sheet stock there in the past.
