Back right before the Revell Monogran collapse bankruptcy I suggested to Sexton that all these curbside kits be issued as 2 in 1 kits with the two version of each in a single box. They (RM) were interested and asked me to gather the kit numbers and any box art I had. Before I gathered all the info RM went under and that was the end of that. I wonder if Atlantis has the tooling. They may and just not have licensing for Mercury/Ford, Porsche, Ferrari, Leyland etc and not viable for one or two kits......Ferrari is to costly for sure.

Back when I bought from him each Toledo Fall meet he was a great guy. Even offered some 2nd's that were a good deal. But as someone that made resin kits at one time the biz that was your hobby can get difficult to keep going. So I will not come down to hard......but maybe it is time to just shut it down. Like all new tech it gets better all the time. I was watching a 50's era film where they bragged about being able to send a mug shot photo from NYC to LA in only 2 hours with the new drum scanner!!! Imagine that only 2 hours to see a grainy b&w photo.

I'd buy a few of that one. I have one but with so many options I can't commit to building just one!

There is a Hudson, I forget what year has a normal vent window that opens but you can roll it down too giving a 'modern' all open window.....WAY ahead of it's time!!

I've looked at building that one. Never figured out the bumper sticker. If I build I'll leave it off. How are you going to handle the Swastikas'??? Always an issue today.

After sitting in Six Mile SC for 4 days my package started moving again. 2 days later I got it. For a 1 pound package that started only 200 miles from my house and ended up going through 5 states pretty poor service. While it was wandering the country I figured the address label was maybe wrong of hard to read causing the issues. NOPE....BIG clear label with bar codes etc. Oh well....... This is a two edged sword. I got a late package.........BUT as the package was shipped not far from my house shipping was $9. There is no way the USPS even broke even routing the package the way it did. 5 states, 10 cites and untold miles in a truck. No wonder they operate in the red all the time. Editorial over. Thanks for allowing a vent!

The store my son runs has a Western Union station. People STILL daily send $$$$ to other countries to 'Boy friends or girls' that are in trouble or need a ticket to the USA. He is instructed by corp to ask one time if the person really wants to send money....after that they are on their own. One lady sent over $10K......SAD in this day and age.

Yep.....when I'd send Dad a B'day card , he lived on the same road as I do 11 miles away, the card would be postmarked in a city next state over......LOGISTICS!!!!
